Chapter One

"Elizabeth! Hurry up, we are going to be late!" My mother yelled. Today is the day my family and I leave from Pennsylvania to Arizona. I wish I would have never gone with him. "Alex! Maya! Justin! Dylan! Hurry your asses down!" We all rush down the stairs with our luggage, our parents looking at us disappointed. "Everyone in the car! No time for yelling, I'll do that later. Now go!" My mother yelled. We all rushed out the door and into the car. All of us squished together, "what are you guys doing? Maya, Elizabeth, you guys ride with me. Boys, ride with dad." I get into the front seat and plug my phone to the aux cord. I put on New Person, Same Old Mistakes by Tame Impala. I sang along to the whole album then took a nap.

"Wake up, Liz" Maya told me as she shook me. "That's not how you wake her up," Justin said, "you have to bitch slap her!" He said. He was about to slap me, but I moved just in time. I grabbed my phone and my luggage and started walking to the airport. I stopped and waited for my family. It was going to be a long flight so I made sure my phone was fully charged and also brought my MacBook. We entered the airport and got checked in, then sat down and waited. I opened my phone and went to Netflix then put on Atypical.

We got on the plane and I was
really happy because we are flying first class. I got seated then got my MacBook out and put Atypical on. Before I knew it I was asleep.

I woke up and checked the time; 7:59. We had an hour to go until we arrived. I turned and saw that Dylan was sitting by me. "Wassup, E?" He asked. "My head hurts. Can you ask mom if she has any pills?" He nodded and turned to where she was sitting. I went on Instagram and saw that Michelle was in Arizona. I immediately texted her:
Me: WTF YOU ARE IN ARIZONA?!? HOE WHERE ARE YOU!??? IM TRAVELING THERE RN!!
Shelly‼️😂🖤: I'm in castles n' coasters whore
Me: ok but where is you going after cnc?? Who are you with?
Shelly‼️😂🖤: My boyfriend why?
Me: ooooh k when I arrive I'll send you my location so you and ur bf can visit me. It's not to far from cnc, it's like a 30 minuet drive to an hour. Anyways, gtg! Love you bitch I shut my phone off and got the flight attendant's attention. "Excuse me, can I have some water?" The flight attendant smiled, "anything else ma'am?"
"What do you have?"
"We have almost anything you want. Come with me and I'll show you." She said and stepped back, insisting I follow her. I got up and followed her to a room behind curtains. So much food! She asked what I wanted and I told her steak. "How would you like that cooked?" She asked. "Well done, please," she told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went back to my seat and waited.
I soon got my food and ate.
