James was holding his newborn daughter in his hands. The first female Potter born into the family for more than a century he was quite proud.

While Lilly on the other hand was resting rocking Harry asleep for the night when there was a boom that both parents knew quite well. James grabbed his wand and rushed upstairs. James entered the nursery where his wife took out a basket. It had a wadded red and gold blanket on the bottom. James carefully set the baby girl on the blankets. She whined and wiggled. He then covered her in a pink blanket and charmed it to keep her warm. Young Harry stood in his crib watching his mother hold the door closed while his father was setting things up for his sister.

James took out a locket that has the Potter emblem etched into it. With her birthdate on the back. He put it around her neck and kissed her head and traded places with his wife so she can say goodbye to her. She took off her wedding ring and attached it to her locket. She kissed her babies head with tears.

"I love you princess. you are loved." She whispered and the basket disappeared that held her baby girl. She kissed Harry. Then Voldemort blasted the door blasting James to the wall knocking him out instantly. On the other hand Lilly fought to keep her family safe however Voldemort said the words that ended her life.

"Adva Kadavra!" he shouted and she fell to the ground unmoving. He pointed his wand at the little boy he thought that is to kill him and end his reign. He said the same words and the green beam hit Harry in the head and bounced back hitting the man that casted it. He shouted and turned to smoke.

---Time Skip---

Sirius ran inside and stopped at the door of the nursery seeing Lilly on the ground with glazed eyes. He looked up and saw Harry in the Crib and his best friend against the wall. He ran to him and shook him a little. He felt for a pulse and sighed in relief.

"Reniverate" he said pointing his wand at his friend. James gasped away and looking around and saw his wife on the floor.

James screamed out in pain.

"No!" He cried out holding her body to him crying.

"James what happened?" Sirius asked his best friend.

"Princess?" He said looking around for his baby girl.

"James!" Sirius shouted grabbing his arms.

"We had a daughter Siri! Two hours before he Came!" James cried to his friend.

Sirius looked shocked and looked around. James walked to his son and picked up carefully and swayed trying to calm down a crying Harry.

"What's her name?" Siri asked quietly.

"We haven't named her yet. We just been calling her Princess while Lilly was deciding the first name. I had the middle name. I was holding her when he attacked. I raced up here and..." He cried cradling his one year old infant.

Hagrid walked in he had tears seeing Lilly. He looked up.

"James!" He said in relief.

"Are you alright? Is Harry fine." Hagrid asked. James began another round of sobs.

"Both of them are alright Hagrid. His daughter is missing though." Sirius said quietly.

"Daughter?" Hagrid asked confused only knowing of Harry.

"Lilly gave birth to her two hours before he came and now she is gone." James sobbed.

"I guess we know who the traitor is." Sirius said.

James stiffened and anger came into his eyes.

"Where is that rat?" He asked.

"James don't do anything that will break the law. What about Harry? Don't you want to look for your Princess?" Sirius said knowing that James would want revenge. James took a deep breath and nodded knowing his best friend is right.

"Let's go to headquarters." Sirius said. James nodded and grabbed both baby bags. The one for his princess and one that was Harry's. They traveled to the headquarters.

---In New York, New York---

There was a pop and the papers and trash blew in the air as the basket landed in the alley. There as the basket sat on the ground the baby girl cried as the chilly air of October hit the child's face. A man that was walking home from his restaurant stopped in confusion and turned to the alley. He cautiously walked deeper into the alley and saw a basket on the ground. He walked to the basket and gasped seeing the content of the basket. He looked around seeing no one around. He picked up the basket and felt the head of the child. He moved the blanket to cover the child more and hurried further down the stree to the hospital. he walked to the counter.

"Excuse me, ma'am." He said rushed out.

"How can I help you sir?" The woman asked.

"I found this child in this basket in an alley two blocks away." He said. She stood up and the man turned the basket to her and she gasped.

"Are you willing to stay with her while we check her out and you give a report to the officers?" She asked. He nodded with sadness. He sat down on the seat with the basket on his lap he called his wife.

"Honey where are you. You were supposed to be home five minutes ago?" Loraine his wife asked.

"I heard a cry in the alley and I went to check it out and found a new born in a basket with no one around. The poor child was cold. I'm at the hospital with her." He said.

"The hospital by your restaurant?" She asked.

"Yeah." He said.

"I'll be right there." She said.

"Sir." The nurse said walking to the man.

He stood up carefully putting his phone in his pocket.

"My wife is coming." The man said to the nurse.

"She will be brought to you when she arrives sir." The nurse said.

The man followed her to a room and set the basket gently on the bed. Five minutes later the man's wife arrived and hugged him.

"John where is the babe?" She asked. He tilted the head to the basket. She looked and cooed. The Doctor walked in.

"Alright you told the attendent at the front desk that you foound this child in an alley?" The doctor said looking up from the clipboard.

"Yes, I heard crying and ventured in to see what's going on." John said.

The doctor walked to the basket and moved the blanket seeing the baby in a newborn diaper and socks. He noticed the pendant around the childs neck. He slowly picked her up. She started to cry.

"It seems." The doctor said turning the locket around.

"She was born on Halloween." The doctor seeing the date.

The doctor checked her out and the police came and questioned John about the events. After finding that her blood is not in the records they allowed the decision for the girl to stay with the couple or put the child in the system.

"We would like to keep her sir. My wife isn't able to have a child. This would the mean the world to us." John told both the Doctor and the Police man. After giving information they took the child home in the basket that she was found in. John and Loriane Dixin welcomed Allison Minnie Dixin.
