Elsa freezes Hans, he gets hauled onto the boat, when he gets back to his village, he gets humiliated and is dethroned immediately.
Anna and Kristoff get married and have 3 kids. Named Nicholas, Emily, and Flynn (get the reference?). Nicholas becomes prince, Emily is the princess, and Flynn leaves the castle to become an ice harvester (or whatever they call it).
