My heart pounded loudly as ever, anyone can hear it. My vision started to blacken once I saw her. Mina. My beloved ballerina.

The ballerina whom I helped in getting her self-esteem up.

The ballerina whom I told lame jokes with.

The ballerina whom I gave poems to.

The ballerina whom I drew portraits.

The ballerina whom I sacrificed myself just to save her legs, because that's what she needed to dance. I had sacrificed my own leg just for hers.

The ballerina whom I fell in love.

Her soft, delicate skin no more was soft and delicate. Bruises and hand marks were all around her body, not to mention, her wrists were handcuffed to the wall. She looked pale as if she's running out of blood.

Her once chocolate-coated captivating orbs stared back at me, her eyes were now bloodshot as if she's seen hell every damn time. Her eyes were blank, as if she had no more hope in life.

Her once soft, pink lips quivered slowly into a smile, she winced in pain once she felt the pain from her lips. Her lips were cut, blood were flowing out.

"Chaeyoung..." her voice, never changed except for now it's shaking, as if she's terrified of me too.

I cried in front of her, kneeling in front of her as she stared at the crown of my head, smiling weakly. As my tears started to drop on the cold ground, her tears flowed down to my hands.

"I'm sorry..."
