This Is A Surprise We Weren't Expecting

One month later

The twins are now 4 months old and Finn and Bayley's lives couldn't be greater, Bayley has started retraining for a wrestling comeback with Becky and Finn and Bayley and Finn are enjoying life as a mum and dad to Rose and Shane.

Bayley and Finn had returned home after a morning out at the park with the twins. The couple put Rose and Shane in their cribs as they rocked them to sleep before leaving them to sleep.

Finn- Hey I'm gonna go and workout he said before kissing Bayley

Bayley- Ok See you later

Finn- Love you

Bayley- Love you more

One hour Later

Bayley was sat watching tv when she heard Rose crying she got up and walked into the kitchen to look at the baby monitor to see the camera had been moved. Bayley Walks upstairs into the twins nursery to find Alana stood there cooing over the twins.

Bayley loses it as she think and remembers that it's Alana fault that she can't have anymore Babies. Bayley lunges for her and they both start to fight in the nursery.

As Bayley begins getting the upperhand on her, Suddenly Alana pulls out a knife and stabs Bayley in her side, Bayley crumbles to the floor holding her side but still trying to stop Alana from going near the twins.

Finn arrives home after his workout as he walks through the door he hears Bayley shouting at Alana, Finn immediately drops his gym bag and runs up the stairs to find a very pale Bayley on the floor holding her side seeing her laying in a pool of blood. Finn then turns and sees Alana picking up Shane, as Bayley is screaming for her to leave her babies.

Alana turns around to walk out but is stopped by Finn, Alana starts to becomes delusional.

Alana- We can be a family now Finn. You, me, Emma and Daniel

Finn- Alana You need to but Shane and Rose back

Alana- ROSE AND SHANE, THERE NAMES ARE EMMA AND DANIEL

Suddenly Bayley got up and as a last ditch effort to protect her babies lunges forward grabbing Rose with Alana distracted Finn grabs Shane. After putting Rose in the cot Bayley with a last bit of energy reaches forward and punches Alana in the face knocking her out.

Bayley- Finnnnn

Suddenly Bayley faints due to the stab wound and the amount of blood she has lost. Finn puts Shane back in his crib before rushing to Bayley's side.

Finn- Bayley, BAYLEY

Bayley- It Hurts

Finn- Your gonna be fine, I'm gonna call you an ambulance ok

Finn- Bayley keep your eyes open ok, he said as he pressed on her side trying and stop the bleeding whilst calling 999

Operator-999 what emergency service do you require?

Finn- Ambulance and Police

Operator- Can you tell me whats happened?

Finn- My Wife has been stabbed and My ex Stabbed her

Operator- Ok I'm getting help to you right away just try to keep her awake

Finn- Ok thank you, Finn looked up at Bayley who was drifting in and out of conciseness. Bayley stay with me ok, Your gonna be fine.

After Alana is arrested by police, Leonie and Ann Marie Rush over to look after Rose and Shane as Bayley is rushed to hospital after being stabbed by Alana.

Bayley woke up to bright lights being shown in her eyes from the hospital ceiling lights, hearing beeping noises coming from the machines she was connected too. She looked down to see Finn asleep with his head rested on her bed and her hand entwined with his. She starts lightly shook Finn until he started to stir from his slumber.

Bayley- Finn

Finn- Bayley, Oh my god Bayley he said standing up before he caressed her face and kissed her

Bayley- I'm Sorry she said in between kisses

Finn then broke the passion filled kisses between the two of them

Finn- Sorry, you've got nothing to be sorry for this wasn't your fault, You were just protecting Rose and Shane

Bayley- Where are they?

Finn- There at home safe, Mum and Ann Marie are looking after them.

Dr.call- Ah Bayley your awake, How are you feeling?

Bayley- Sore but I'll Live

Dr.Call- Well you should be fine to go home in a few days

Finn- That's great

Bayley- Thank you Doc

Dr.Call- Oh and before I forget congratulations.

Finn and Bayley look at each other thinking why the doctor is congratulating them for and ask him

Bayley- why?

Dr. Call- you're pregnant

Bayley and Finn are left in complete shock as they look at each other before Finn snaps out of the shock,

Finn-how that is possible when you told me Bayley couldn't get pregnant again

Dr.Call- I'm shocked too but according to all the tests i've done on Bayley she's 4 weeks pregnant

After getting over their shock, Finn and Bayley are thrilled and can't believe they are having another Baby.

Bayley- Well This Is A Surprise We Weren't Expecting

Finn- I never knew how powerful my sperm really were

Bayley- Ew Finn gross, She gasps at his joke slapping him on the shoulder before laughing as well. 

What Will Happen Next??? Is this the final time we've seen Alana???? Or will she reappear with someone by her side this time??? Will Finn leave wrestling to help Bayley with Rose and Shane??? Until Next Time xxx
