I thought we flocked together.
But I was forewarned,
And took it not as being forearmed.
I abandoned my ammunition,
Lost my reputation
And with it my identity.
From whom shall I claim indemnity?
I once lived to lavish
But now I am as good as rubbish
These clothes used to suit me,
But now they cannot even fit me
From the onset you deceived me,
I should have seen how you received me
I stood by you all these years
Yet you pay me back with all these tears
Cramming me in severe sorrow,
Wondering if I'll see tomorrow...
