Time unpaused.

"Oh, I never got your name?" I asked, breaking the silence.

"Jack.. Jack Frost."

"Very funny."

"No really, I'm Jack Frost. "

"Prove it."

I didn't believe.. "Jack" How was he going to prove it? I didn't know. I just sat and watched as he stretched and moved his hands. I never noticed that everyone in the bus was silent. Not only silent, but staring at me and "Jack"...

"Ok, I will. See the window?"

"Yeah.."

*JACK'S POV*

"Prove it."

"Ok, I will. See the window?" I asked.

She probably thinks I'm crazy..

"Yeah.."

Then I tapped the window. Frost started to grow on the window, and I wrote the words: Thanks for believing.

*ELSA'S POV*

He tapped the window, and frost started to appear! I gasped as he started to write words in the frost. Thanks.. For.. Believing. I turned to look at Jack, but he wasn't there. I turned around to see everyone staring at me, mouths open. I was confused for a second, but then it hit me. I had read in a book once that Jack Frost was a guardian. I knew everything about them from the book. I remembered to see the guardian, you have to believe in the guardian. And that's what happened. The others, well... They were concerned.

"Elsa.." Anna whispered..

"Did you do that?" She whispered..

I slowly shook my head no.

"Who were you talking to?" Anna said quietly.

I knew she wouldn't believe me. I knew no one would believe me... So I had to.. To lie. No, it wasn't the best thing, but I had to. For now.

"Um, m-my imaginary f-friend?"

Then I thought of how stupid that sounded. Imaginary friend? It would have to do.. For now, of course.

"Elsa. The truth." Anna demanded.

"My imaginary friend..."

"His name?"

I suddenly felt a cold breeze whip past me. I realized jack was watching. I just tried to make it not so obvious that I was looking for something. Or someone... I quickly looked at him with a curious face and he nodded. I knew what he meant.

"J-Jack Frost.." I slowly said..

Everyone but Anna suddenly burst into laughter and pointed at me. I was so embarrassed. During school I was pushed around, and picked on. Jack followed me around, everywhere. I decided to skip the bus and walk home. Jack flew down beside me.

"You alright?" He asked.

"No." I said angrily.

"What's wrong?"

"What do you think is wrong!?" I yelled.

"I don't know, it could plenty of things." He said.

"Just go." I told him.

"I can't." He replied.

"why not?"

"It's part of my job. I-"

"Watch over children. I know. But I'm not a child! So leave!" I yelled.
