I didn't bother looking at his face, for all I want was a bus to get me out of there.
"Here." he said, handing me his coat.
"Thanks." I said.
I wore the coat and it felt like the weather shifted from winter to summer. I rather feel that way than freeze to death .
He stood beside me without a word.
he was quite a gentle man, I liked that.
I couldn't stop thinking I'll run late, and I don't want to turn my phone on, it will hurt badly knowing I've been standing in a bus line, while the show was on already.
I closed my eyes to keep my already ballooning lungs in a normal inflate for a few seconds .
When I opened it, it turned dark again, everywhere was dark and I can't even tell if my eyes were open or not.
I used the back of my hands to wiggle my eyes again, but it was all the same.
I was going to die there that night and I couldn't get me to move.
I didn't want to go home, I wanted to get to that place and at least have a karaoke night with breezy.
I stayed quite, fidgeting with my cuticles, controlling my exhale and inhale.
My head seemed to be blank at that moment, I couldn't think of anything, all I wanted was to disappear from that spot and appear at the concert.
"Hello!" I called out, but there was no answer.
"Somebody help me." I yelled.
"I thought I was not alone?" I yelled again.
Then that familiar click came back again.
I thought the guy from minutes ago was standing next to me? I wondered how the click of his shoes was coming from a distance.
The sound of him walking towards me became too close and that got me wondering. what was going on?
I immediately raised my hands above my head, debating whether I'm being defensive or scared from what or whoever is coming through.
"Come with me." the person spoke.
"How about no?" I retorted.
"You need to come with me." he spoke through his teeth .
"I can't even see you, or even less trust you."
He moved closer and that made me budge a little. Then I realised I've been standing by a wall and there was no room to move.
