Groceries

I wake up from my nap. I open my door. かいと! かいと! かいと! Wake up! I wake up. Just a dream nothing else. Means no harm.I walk to my balcony. I hear the birds chirping. I see the sun, the sky, the blossom tree petals falling. Spring is quite beautiful. I should go out. And then i remember the void and the emptiness. I open my door. My living room and my kitchen. Perfect. I get the mail. I see a letter. To: かいと 山本 From: あきふみ。(Akifumi) 山本 (Yamamoto) . Oh father. I open the letter. "Hi son, you taking care of the house well? Are you taking care of yourself well? Please let me know as soon as you get this letter. Also tell me when you will be getting your report card send me that with your letter if you can. Hope to get back soon. Sincerely, あきふみ。山本 or your father." Ok. I should go to the grocery. There's no milk eggs etc. I feel the void again. No. I'm going. I'm not letting you ruin this beautiful day. I prepare myself for this out. I grab my phone and ignore it and put it in my grocery bag. I open the front door, Feeling the void but even stronger. I'm. Not. Letting. You. Ruin. My. Day. I walk out the door and go to the elevator. There's people in it with me. Leave. Get out. Stop. Go away. The elevator doors open. I walk out and go. I take a breathe. It's ok.  I start walking to the grocery store. I feel someone touch my shoulder. "Hey Kaito! I thought you were busy". I was surprised I saw Akari today. I really didn't want to see her today. "I still am it's just I need to get some groceries. I don't only live off of ramen noodles". I say very annoyed. She says "oh well, I'm going to grocery store aswell". I say "great". I start walking again. She runs as quick to my side. Now were walking together. We get to the grocery store quietly. I walk away from her and go get what I need. Eggs, Milk, Fruit, Snacks, etc. I look for all those things. I get to the cashier and she puts my grocerys in my bag. I give her the money and walk out of the grocery store. I was relieved Akari wasn't with me. I walk home and i open the door to my home. I'm in. I close door and lock it. I place my eggs, milk, and vegetables in the fridge. My fruit in the fruit bowl on the table. with my snacks in the cabinet and my rice in the cabinet too. I lay down on my living room floor. What a day.
