Cho's P.O.V
Oof. It was sadly Monday. The worse day of the week. The temperature had dropped a bunch since Saturday. It was snowing little bits of flurry that stuck to the ground.
I hopped out of my mom's car and started to walk into school. I soon met Sea also walking in. "Hello!" I said trying to be cheerful. I know she wasn't happy. I could tell by her face. "Hi," She said, sounded drained. "What's wrong?" I asked. Sea sighed. "Well, it's Monday." She smiled a bit.
In morning study hall, Ms. Twig was extra exited. She kept telling the class to read the book Narnia (since Sea liked it so much) And Sea was becoming very embarrassed by Ms. Twig's behavior. Sea's face turned tomato like when everyone was asking her about the book. I could tell that Sea didn't like this.
The morning past and it was soon time to go to the class that everybody loved the most; yoga! (If you couldn't tell, that was sarcasm lmao)
The class walked into the room which was overly sented with discussing perfume stuff that made you feel terribly sick. We all got out our dirty yoga mats as the teacher, Mrs. Mental, yelled at a student for being thirty seconds late and apparently not having a hall pass, even though he did.
I set my mat down next to Sea, Abbo, and Jay. (yes Jaiden now you are here yay!) The yoga mat had an ugly pattern of a yellow and green butterfly that looked pretty drunk.
"Hey guys," Sea started to say but then Mrs. Mental cut her off.
"Well class," She said roughly, "I think that it's time to present your songs you have been working on on the app we use to the make songs or whatever." Her face got redder ever word she said.
At that moment, someone in the class sneezed. Then the whole class period changed. "SHUT UP! I JUST GOT THE WHOLE CLASS QUIET AND NOW SOMEONE IS SPEAKING OUT OF TURN? NOT ON MY WATCH!" She ran to the phone and quickly punched in a number. We heard her mumbling something into the phone then hang up. Moments later the principal came into the room and took the boy who sneezed. This principal was very nice though. he didn't look mad at the boy but very confused and it seemed like her just took him out of the room to make Mrs. Mental happy. That boy was probably getting pizza from the teachers lounge this very moment.
The rest of the class was pretty okay. Mrs. Mental just gave up and let us use the ipads the rest of the class. Of course, I played fruit ninja for my therapy for my seizures (it's a joke okay)
After Yoga, it was finally lunch time.
Sea's P.O.V
Monday and Tuesday both past by quickly. It was sad. I would be serving my detention today after school. I kept forgetting to tell Cho and Abbo about how The Cabby in my book had said the word garn! That was it! I'm telling them today at lunch.
We had gym class then yoga. Mrs. Mental got on another one of her rampages and this time she had to leave the room so she could calm down. So the Principal had come in the room to watch over the class while we used ipads again. Cho played her fruit ninja game like always, then cursed when she died and Abbo undubbed her Cho Chang for an hour so we to call her Saliva for the time being.
Then, we finally after what felt like hours of waiting, went to lunch.
There was too many people at our table to tell them here. Everyone was talking about random stuff and I couldn't just pull up a conversation out of no where. So I kept my mouth shut the whole time and just ate my Cheerios and humus.
A few minutes later the bell rang. Everyone packed up there lunches and started to head out the door for social time. As Abbo and Cho started to walked out of the door, I grabbed them and pulled them out into the quiet hallway.
"Where the heck are we going?" Asked Abbo as I still pulled her by her jacket sleeve. "Abbo, I thought you needed to clean out your braces." Said Cho, smirking. "Oh please! I'm too lazy!" Abbo laughed.
I pulled them into a hall by the bathrooms. "Sea, why did you take us here again?" Cho put her hands on her hips. "I need to tell you guys something!" I whispered to them silently. At that moment we heard the hand dryer go off from the boys bathroom so we quickly slipped into the girls.
"What do you need to tell us?" Asked Abbo, setting her lunch box down on one of the sinks. "So," I started, "I was reading my book, the Narnia one, and this one character said a word, garn, I feel like I have heard it before, I don't know where. But there was something else he said that caught my eye!" I said pulling out the book from my lunch bag and flipping through the pages. "He said, 'our choices will help us to unlock the door and find a land', he wasn't referring to anything in the book, he just like, randomly said it!" I could tell by this point that Abbo and Cho were confused. "And you brought us here to tell us this?" Asked Cho. I could tell that they didn't care. "Well it seems like we have to do something!" Abbo put in. "Like, me and Cho found some really weird things this weekend and you read this, it all has to connect!" Abbo was right. It had to connect somehow! "Cho, bring the key you found to Abbo's house this weekend! I'll bring my book! Maybe we can find some thing out!"
It was the end of the day, the worst time at least for me. I had to serve my detention.
I walked into Mrs. Lecture's dark and gloomy room. She sat at her desk with a sort of evil smile. "Sit down, Sea!" I sat down at a table and set my bag on the floor.
The minutes drained as I just sat there, staring at the grey wall for what felt like hours. It felt like Mrs. Lecture forgot that I was there sometimes. She just sat there, doing her paper work. I started at her for a while. Not to be creepy though. I was just staring off into space.
Mrs. Lecture opened a folder. I watched the whole thing. As she opened it, her eyes widened. Then she took the paper from the folder and stuffed it inside the drawer on her desk. I soon looked away, not wanting to be caught staring at her.
"Sea, stay put! I have to go the the bathroom for a moment!" She called as she sprinted into the hallway. Now this was my chance! I had to be quick though!
I skipped across the room to Mrs. Lecture's desk, opened the drawer and took the paper that was on top. I didn't get to look at it because I had to rush back to my seat before I got caught doing this. I stuffed the paper in my bag and sat down at the table, acting like nothing happened.
HOI! I hope you liked this chapter! So yesterday, The Key (Mentioned in chapter one) went missing! I looked all over for him but could not find him. I made a missing poster and everything for him! Then, after hours of looking I found him hiding under a book on my desk! I am so happy that her is back safe and sound so I know where my child is. Thanks for all your support!
