Rain Kisses {A Shawn Mendes Imagine}

I was five blocks away from my house. I looked up at the sky and acknowledged the grey puffs of clouds taking over the light blue sky and the warm, bright sun. I hugged Shawn's hoodie around my body tighter, embracing his delicious scent. A small droplet suddenly hits my nose, disturbing my thoughts about my boyfriend. I looked up and another droplet hits my cheek. Oh great! It's raining and I forgot to bring a damn umbrella. I quickly pulled the hood up and started to walk faster. More droplets began trickling down. Just when I was about to run, I heard my name being called behind me. I turned around and squinted to prevent the rain from getting in my eyes. The figure came closer and that's when I noticed it was Shawn. His hair was starting to stick to his forehead. "You forgot this." he said breathlessly, handing me my phone. I quickly received it and slipped it in my pocket. I looked back up at him, totally forgetting about the pouring rain. An idea came to me and I grabbed him by the collar of his soaked shirt and pulled him close against me. I went on my tip toes and planted my lips against his. He was shocked by my quick actions but regained his posture and kissed me back, placing his hands around my waist. My hands went through his wet hair as his lips licked the bottom of mine, asking for an entrance. I gladly opened for him and we explored each other's mouths, fighting for dominance. I then felt my clothes slowly sticking to my body. His hands cupped my face and he pulled back breathlessly. "I've always wanted to do this with the guy I love." I whispered looking him in the eyes. "You're so cliché, babe." He grinned widely, allowing his pearly whites to be displayed. He placed a soft sweet kiss on my lips before saying, "Race ya to your place." "Oh, it's on pretty boy."
