Description of sky

Thunderous sky

The dominating, grey clouds outnumbered the tenebrous sky. Torrential rain lashed onto the city as rain drops banged onto the ground as if taking some kind of revenge. The reverberating noise of the lightning terrorised the entire city as it crackled and rumbled, hurling down every rain drop with some unearthly force. Thousands of gallons of water in the gargantuan, caliginous clouds never seemed to finish. The sky was ruling the ground like a tyrant as each drop seemed to exacerbate the situation down below.
