Instant desires

1. Old memories.

This isn't my first book on wattpad ,but some of mine are bad so I thought I would try something else. I hope you guys like it this means a lot to me I love writing. So here goes nothing. I present instant desires.

_______________________________________________________I wake up another horrible day, I can't get the memories out of my head. It's a year and three months into the apocalypse, and I miss them. I always look at pictures of them but I can't seem to stop crying, no matter how hard I try.

...
I hear the usual groggy voice of Sophia.

"I'm coming" I say as I walk into her room. "What's wrong?" I ask as she has puke on her bed once again.

"I don't know I just feel bad" she looks up at me, she's such a child. Sophia's my 10 year old daughter.

"Come on, mommy will get you all cleaned up." I go to my parents room to get them up. I see them laying there.

"Mom dad" I shout a little, I don't want to upset Soph.

"Hm?" My dad questions rubbing his eyes. My mom then shoots up.

"Mom? Are you okay?" I ask she turns her head, and looks at me. What's wrong with her eyes? She looks towards my dad, and the next part seems crazy. She bites my dad.

"Ahh" I hear my dad yell the sound piercing my ears.

"Mommy what happened to grandma and grandpa?" She asks pointing to them now staring at us with these horrid white eyes. I immediately grab Sophia, and shut they're door. I scream and call the cops. I hear their doorknob turning and I knew I had no time.

"Mommy where are we going?" Sophia asks as I grab suitcases and pack our stuff.

"You have to be quiet pumpkin" I say as I grab my keys, Sophia, and our stuff. I run out the door and drive to my friend Tracy's house.

"Mommy!" I hear my now 11 year old yell.

"I'm coming" I slowly get up wiping my tears, and checking my self In the mirror. I don't want to upset her. "Yes munchkin" I ask as shes sitting up in her bed.

"I threw up again" she says this is the first time she's done it in almost a month. She still can't hold her food down.

"It's okay well clean it up" I say as I pick her up, and get her changed. She's not as heavy as one would think, she only weighs in the 70's.

"What about my blankets?" She asks as she grabs her 'ho ho' off the couch. It was her favorite blanket she got it when she was a baby. She calls it ho ho because it's a Christmas blanket that says ho ho on it, see she's a Christmas baby.

"I'll clean them up don't worry, wanna go surprise Tracy?" I ask as she nods her head vigorously. "Okay let's go get her Sophia style" see Sophia style is when we sneak in Tracy's room and jump on her bed, not me of course. But Sophia has a blast doing it, and I love seeing her happy since everything happened.

"Tracy wake up!" Sophia yells jumping on her.

"Oooh I'm gonna get you" she yells as she grabs Sophia and tickles her. Sophia immediately squeal in joy and laughs.
