Panther To The Rescue ∣ ⑰

Taehyung smiled happily when he felt Jeongguk's strong arms wrapped around his body and embracing him tightly. The alpha nuzzled his nose in the sheep's fluffy hair and made Taehyung giggle cutely.

It's been few days since Taehyung helped Jeongguk with his problem and after that they got even closer. Now the sheep doesn't hate Jeongguk anymore and Taehyung felt happy whenever the alpha had his attention on him and touched him lovingly.

Some of the pack members have gathered in the living room and stared watching a movie together. It was a bonding moment between all of them. They turned their head towards the cute couple every time Taehyung let out a cute giggle. Jimin smiled fondly. He nudged Hoseok's arm and pointed at the couple.

"Look how happy they are. It's like there never was any drama between them" Jimin whispered. Hoseok nodded happily as he agreed with his words. The younger made Hoseok come closer while he was still staring at Jeongguk and Taehyung.

"I think Tae has forgotten about his dear Yoongi-hyung completely" Jimin mumbles and huffed as he thought of the black panther. He wondered what Yoongi did after he woke up. It's been a while since Taehyung was taken here and no reaction from Yoongi. Really suspicious...

Hoseok hummed and turned his eyes on Jimin. He brought one of his fingers under Jimin's chin and lifted his head of a little and making the younger wolf look at him weirdly.

"What are you-"

"Jiminie, your wounds have completely healed know. I'm glad your beautiful face hasn't changed..." Hoseok muttered as he analysed  Jimin's face with soft eyes, their noses almost rubbing against each other. The smaller wolf huffed with a small blush of his cheeks and pushed Hoseok's hand away.

"That's gay..." Jimin muttered and Hoseok only wiggled his eyebrows. Before Hoseok could tease Jimin even more, which he has done since the smaller wolf fought the panther and almost lost, someone opened the door quickly and catching all the pack members' attention.

The warrior turned his eyes on the alpha and Jeongguk's muscles clenched immediately when he saw the look of terror in the warrior's eyes. Something is wrong.

"Alpha, the patrolling group smelled many unfamiliar scents near the borderline. If they weren't wrong, the scents smelled like cats" The warrior said and Jeongguk's eyes widened while Taehyung covered his mouth in shock. The alpha pushed the sheep off from his lap gently and stood up, his eyes turning darker as he thought of who they might be.

"How many?" Jeongguk muttered and the warrior wavered slightly under the alpha's strong glare. He let out a noise of struggle when he tried to fiend words to say. Taehyung smiled behind his hand when he realised that Yoongi is coming to get him but then he frowned when he realised that he doesn't want to leave anymore. Frustrating.

"They didn't know. Too many different scents-" Jeongguk growled loudly and his red eyes glowed. He turned towards his pack members with clenching fists and linked to everyone in his pack.

"All ranks capable of fighting gather around the house. Omegas and pups go inside the pack house and lock yourself in the safe room. Don't panic. You will be safe there while others handle the situation" Jeongguk said with authority and then he turned his head towards Taehyung.

Jeongguk crouched down and took Taehyung's hands in his. He rubbed his thumbs over the sheep's delicate hands while staring lovingly into Taehyung's eyes. Jeongguk brought the lamb's hands to his lips and kissed both of them lovingly.

"Taehyungie go in the safe room with others and stay there until I give you a permission to come out..." Jeongguk cupped Taehyung's cheek and rubbed it with his thumb gently.
