Prologue

So I believe you have heard of love stories ranging from werewolves, vampires, fan fiction and more. The most common one is which the nerdy girl ended up falling for the popular guy. Well, this story is going to be different.

It is the total opposite.

This is not a love story, this is a story about love.

We all have our first love, be it a crush, true love, or just a toy for you to play. But there's love. At least just a little.

I pratically think that everybody will find the person he or she truly loves. Regardless of age, distance, or even time, love will be true.

Well, it might sound cliché, but it is definitely true.

Love comes in different forms of stages.

First is when you fell for that person. But love is risky. You either get it, or lose it. So love the right person. Love have many risks. But to me, if you don't take the risk, you'll never find out. And this, is the biggest problem of love.

Fearing of being rejected.

Now secondly, the next stage is when both of you finally fall in love with each other and that is extremely great. But what's the problem?

Having a third wheel.

Or who knows? You might be the third wheel yourself.

Well, it's not technically about the third wheel. Sometimes, even friends or family reject your relationship.

Like Romeo and Juliet. I used to think how sad the story of Romeo and Juliet is. But I wonder where did Shakespeare get the idea of it? I mean, how sad it is for two people to fall greatly in love with each other, die together just because of their families. Well, maybe it is a happy thing. The fact that they ended up dying with each other. At least if one died, the other don't have to live all painful and depressed in this world.

That, is another problem.

Coming to the next stage.

When you don't get the person you love, you either get depressed, or you will end up killing yourself.

So this is the thing about love.

You either get killed or you either live a happy life, it's all up to you.

For no one can decide the life you are having. Only you can decide to be either happy, or sad. Your choice.

Next, time.

Time is short. In just a blink of an eye, BAM!

Your love is

gone.

Now what do I mean?

What I mean is you never know when the last goodbye is.

If you don't cherish him, if you don't tell him your feelings, he might just go away and you'll never see him again. Like, POOF.

Time is moving. Fast. It can never stop. It's just like moving all along, slowly but yet so fast. And no, time can't stop just for you. You can never rewind the past, never. What's done is done. Focus on the present. Plan for the future. There's not much time.

Well, in conclusion, love is taking the plunge. It is taking the fall, the risk. If it didn't turn well, recover from your fall and get ready to jump from another cliff. And you have to do this, until you fall onto a net, a safety net. Because if you don't, are you just going to stay at the cliff forever? Because, what is love without risks?

So, I've said so much, and?

Hi, I am Emma, Emma Allister. I am 16 and I love food. Haha, okay. I am a girl, a bad girl. I spit vulgar, smoke, get drunk and one word, bad. Okay maybe not as bad as you think but still, bad. However, I am the 'chick' girl in school. Boys falling for me and whatnot. But I never ever had a relationship before. Because what I know about boys is that they are all heartbreakers. I've seen many. Many of these stupid shit where they will end up stealing the heart of a girl, then slowly ripping it off, tear it into pieces, and shatter it right in front of that girl. That's why I never get emotional. I learn to control my feelings and I have a layer of armor for my heart, so it is strong.

Sounds cliché huh?

But what are the use of all these when sooner or later, you'll still fall in love? And I ended up falling for him.
