The day was bright as she woke up out of bed. Birds were chirping and the house was silent. She rolled over to see her sister still asleep. The crackle of her walkie talkie sounded through the room. "You there? Come in." The person on the other end questioned. She popped up out of bed and answered "Come in Bryant, awake and alone." She was excited to hear the news. "Mother hen said yes. I'll be over with the Bratz at 2:30" The walkie cut out and she ran down the stairs to ask if Makayla could come over at 2:30. However when she got to the bottom of the steps a man was standing there. His hair was bushy and his smile was bright. He had dark colored skin like he had been sitting in the sun for too long. She knew who this was, even without asking. Excitement ran through her body as she let out a big scream. "DAD!" Joy came from every cell in her body as she ran to his wide spread arms. "I've missed you my baby girl."
The day stretched and nothing was better than walking out and seeing his dog waiting to come and give large amounts of slobber from his tongue kisses. A large big wheel sat on the sidewalk. Everyone rushed to be the first one to ride. Her brother was the first one to ride but that hadn't mattered, she were secured tightly to the man's hip and never wanted to leave. Lunch time rang and as they filled their stomachs, something more serious was going on unbeknownst to her. She laid there snuggling everyone. Her sister gripped your hand tightly as the brother laid beside the man. All three had the time of their lives. Little did they all know that that would be the last fantastic memory she would ever have of the man one would call dad.
