A long day and several cups of tea later, Ciel got carried to the bathroom. He had become content in his butler's strong arms, tilting his head onto the other's right shoulder. They reached the bathroom.
Sebastian swiftly undressed him, and the lord plopped into the hot bath his butler had just prepared for him. "I've barely eaten anything today." The boy muttered, gazing at the swirling, damp air that surrounded the bathtub. "I want something sweet after." His body relaxed in the warm water.
The butler, whom was gently scrubbing his master's back, replied: "I am simply longing for something sweet, as well." He smirked. Ciel blushed and slapped the butler's bared forearm in frustration...
Sebastian tucked the lord into bed, and fed him the strawberry cake he had fetched from the kitchen. "Sleep well, my lord." He turned to walk back to the kitchen, empty plate in hand.
Ciel pulled at the butler's arm. "Wait. What you told me in the bath..." He appeared to be trembling, red-faced. Sebastian didn't let him finish, as he playfully grabbed the lord by the chin. The forgotten plate fell to the floor, rattling to a halt in the far end of the room. Luckily, it didn't shatter.
The butler's face came closer to his, and the boy's eyes widened as their lips touched. He was incredibly tense, never having experienced physical contact of this sort. He enjoyed the kiss nevertheless. Suddenly, Ciel felt cold hands running up his shirt.
He flinched and instinctively grabbed Sebastian by his arms in protest. "What are you doing?!" Flustered, he pushed Sebastian away. The small boy gathered the fabric of his nightshirt around his shaking body in disbelief.
The former mood in the room had completely changed for the worse. "I don't like that! Besides, wouldn't you say it's getting rather late? Now, get out!" A deafening silence followed his request.
Cleaning up the mess the plate had made, the butler bowed apologetically and left the room. As his footsteps faded away, Ciel slowly raised a hand to touch the place Sebastian had kissed him... . . .
