I love todomomo with my heart and soul.
Reasons why? I have actual reasons, don't worry, it's not just me saying "because"
1. They both come from rich families, so they probably went through some of the same things like fancy parties and being forced to awkwardly introduce themselves to some very important people at a young age. Not to mention their parents not paying much attention to them because they had a lot of other things to do (Momo's experience was not as bad as Todoroki's of course, but other things must have been pretty similar)
2. Both got in on recommendation. (This may seem small, but I like when ships have characters that have a lot of similarities and went through similar things)
3. Todoroki actually respected her. His first reaction to her wasn't "get out of my way" or something like that, and the first conversation they had wasn't Todoroki vowing to destroy her. Plus, they worked really well together during the exam against Aizawa!
4. Both very smart and can actually understand each other (again with the similarities thing)
5. It just makes sense
