At that time it was almost bedtime, I ate dinner and Showered, then layed in bed to sleep, but I couldn't, something kept me awake, to the point that I don't even know if I blinked. That one thought. Would I expire? I know it sounds stupid but Ava scared me pretty bad. My mom has never kept anything passed the expiration date, so I felt even though that would probably never happen I was safe anyway. I was still kinda scared but I ended up asleep.
In the morning my mom said that next week we would leave for a 2 week vacation to Minnesota. I replied to my mom,"We cant! I have to stay I need-" mom stopped me mid sentace. I knew I couldn't say anything else. A week passed and I acctuly forgot about that stupid thing Ava said to me, but I also forgot about those popsicles in the back of the freezer.
It was the day, the day we leave for vacation, I was so oblivious that once we got on our plane, I remembered. I remembered. Oh shoot-what will happen?!? 1 week, 6 days. "Tomarrow the popsicles will expire" I screamed in my head. I knew we wouldn't make it back in time. It's just a story Ava said to scare me, right? During the vacation had a bad cough and threw up a lot and I tried to make myself feel better and say that stupid story wasn't real. But it was too late, today it expired. When I got home I was so sick and could barley move but I somehow got to the popsicles and saw them all gross. At the time I felt like I was just going to wither away, I coughed and coughed then I couldn't breathe. My mom tried to rush me to the emergency room but it was too late for me.
