seven.

two weeks have gone by, the young boy still not knowing who i am. i am too scared to approach him... i have thought about dropping stuff off in his locker, maybe people would suspect something. i just have to find a right time to do it, or arrive earlier so no one notices me. "hyunjin!!" sungie yells, dragging me out of my thoughts. i look up and frown at him. "don't be so sad!! you guys will talk soon i just know it." he threw his arm around me, smiling. "don't worry, we are almost there!" he said, trying to cheer me up. since it's thursday and we don't have any school tomorrow, he thought it would be nice to get me out of the house.

walking inside the mall doors, i hear my stumble grumble as the warm smell of food fills the air. i run up to the boba stand and order myself a large drink. sungie didn't want anything so i only ordered for myself. soon after that, we walked around the shops a bit. jisung got me a couple of things, i really liked this lavender hoodie so he had gotten it for me! i tried to buy him something, he just didn't want me to spend any money on him. "sungie come on!!" i whined, he shook his head. "you know what, i'm buying you food." i said. he finally gave in and i smiled. i love spoiling people.

after our two hour shopping spree, we make our way back to my house. my backpacks getting a little heavy on my back, but i don't say anything. i don't want to complain. i walked up the steps to my house, and unlocked the front door. i plopped onto the couch, tossing everything beside me. "ah! feels good to lay down." i shout. sungie seats himself next to me, "did you have a good time?" he asks. i nod my head and wrap my arms around him. "yes! yes yes thank you so much." i give him a big hug, i'm really glad to have a best friend like him. he's the closest person in my life and i can't imagine losing him.
