The Summer of '76

Intro

Summer of 1976 in Corinth, Ohio

My friends and I go to this abandoned farm every Friday night. We talk and because its the '70's other things too. Something happened last Friday night that will change the dynamic of my friend group forever.

Donna is 5'3'' with beautiful crystal blue eyes and dark brown hair. She was born October 25, 1959. She loves animals and has three pet cats. When she was 10 her parents let her go to the Woodstock music festival in 1969. She loves music and her favorite band is Pink Floyd.

Michael is 6'0'' with brown eyes and brown hair. His dad is from Puerto Rico and his mom is from Corinth, Ohio. He was born September 17, 1959. He absolutely loves music and his favorite band is Black Sabbath. He always brings the... to our Friday night hangouts.

Mark is 5'10'' with brown eyes and light brown hair. He was born January 4, 1960. Him and I have been best friends for forever. He is the sweets person I know. His favorite band is The Ramones. He is the 'punk' of our group. I don't know what I would do without him.

Marie is 5'7" and has fiery red hair with the most striking bright green eyes. She was born on December 24, 1959. She moved here to Corinth, Ohio from Pennsylvania five years ago. Her dad was a major hippie in the 50's and 60's. When he got called for draft and passed the tests he burned his draft card. She loves everything rock and roll!!

And then theres me, Julie. I'm 5'3'' and I have dark brown hair and dark blue eyes. My birthday is February 14, 1960. Mark calls me his blueberry because my eyes are the color of blueberries.
