Honolulu, Hawaii

Sophia's POV-

It's December 9th and tomorrow around 6am we are leaving for Honolulu Hawaii. The flight will be about 6 hours long and when we land it will be 9am their because of the time difference.
when we get their we plan on just chilling in the air bnb and maybe just looking around the town.
I packed for about 9 days just to be safe.
My suitcase contains shirts, blouses, sweat pants, Jean shorts, boho shorts, flowy pants, a swim suit, a go pro, vlogging camera, normal camera, tripods, a flat iron and jewelry.
I set my alarm for 5:45am so we could get to the airport by 6:15am and our flight leaves at 7:30am.
Me and Nevaeh stayed up most of the night looking at pictures and watching travel videos of Hawaii.
- the next morning
My alarm went off and I eminently woke up with out any trouble.
I slipped on my grey Calvin Klein joggers, a white loose crop top and my Nike Air Force ones.
I Threw my hair in a messy bun and called an Uber to take us to the air port.
I went into Nevaehs room to make sure she was up.
She was but she looked like a zombie.
"Damn nae, you look great" I said sarcastically "yea,yea shut up Sophia I'm tired" I laughed and walked out of her room .
When we got to the air port we got our ticket and went through security. Everything went really well.
After we borded the plane and took off. I got out my vlog camera and started filming the clouds and what land you could see. Me and Nevaeh both took a 4 hour long nap. ( much needed ) Then I took my camera back out and filmed beautiful Hawaii from plane view . It truly was a sight to see.
When we got to our Airbnb the first thing we did was have a look around. It wasn't anything to fancy and it was very nice with 2 bathrooms, three bed rooms, 1 studio, a full size kitchen and a beautiful view of the ocean with the beach only steps away . But my favorite part was the large back deck.
You could see the diamond head Volcano and had a full view of the ocean. It was stunning.
We had rented a Jeep so we could go on trails and have our own car to drive.
"Damn. This week is going to be amazing!" I said looking over the rail of the deck. "Yea it is" Nevaeh said grabbing my arm and leading me to pick what bedroom I want.
Of course I picked the room with the master bathroom .
I took out my camera and started filming the view and showing some of the Airbnb.
After about 2 hours of just settling in and putting away all of our things we got dressed and decided we were going to eat lunch at 'Tommy Bahama restaurant bar and store' it was about a 30min drive. We ordered our food and waited to be served.
" oh my gosh" Nevaeh said looking across the restaurant. "What?" I said trying to figure out what's she was looking at "wait. I think that's my old friend Franny!" Nevaeh said getting up and walking over to her and a boy that looked kinda familiar. I got up and walked over with her,
F- "Waittt ! Nevaeh ??"
N- "No way it's been like years!"
F- "I know how has everything been?"
N- "amazing how about you?"
They continued talking as me and the brown haired boy Boy looked a bit puzzled.
F- "This is Bobby one of my bestfriends"
N- "this is Sophia. My bestfriend"
I smiled and waved.
They continued talking for a bit and we all traded numbers. tonight we are going to a Luau together with her, Bobby and their other friends.
I was pretty excited as I had never been to one.
Me and Nevaeh continued to talk over lunch and she told about her and frannys past and how they knew each other.
They told us to meet them at the ticket office at 6 and afterwards we would all go and grab dinner together.
I was pretty excited and still curious to why Bobby looked so familiar. Maybe I saw them walking earlier ? Oh I don't know. I'll figure it out sooner or later.
As 4'o'clock rolled around me and Nevaeh started to get ready. I wore a white tube top, boho white and blue shorts and white converse. And Nevaeh wore light denim shorts, a white tube top and low top black old school vans. I didn't put any makeup on and Nevaeh did a very natural look.
5:00pm came around and we headed out the door and drove to the luau. It was about 45 minutes away with traffic.
I absolutely hated driving in heavy traffic. It gave me sooo much anxiety and I hated the pressure. So I made Nevaeh drive.
Well pulled up, parked then went and got our tickets. Franny had texted Nevaeh that they would be here in a few minutes.
When they got to the gate Nevaeh went up to Franny and said hi. I did as well, and there was two boys with her one of them being Bobby's brother and the other one looking  all to familiar.
That's when I realized that I noticed them from the coffee shop when we were planning the trip.
I wasn't going to tell Nevaeh right now because I didn't want to make it awkward.
Franny introduced all of us. It's turns out the other guys name was 'Kian'.. I'd never heard that name until now.
