I have a tendency of turning fics lengthy with exaggerations. Moreover, since I kinda get ideas to insert in between, they turn from 1 or 2 chapters to more. 😂

Chapter 2 - Delving Deeper
'They say big things come in small packages. Well, I understand now what they mean.' Sanskar sighed from the awkwardness of the situation.
He still found it surreal of how he came to be in such a mess. 'I should have never corrected her mistake in the lyrics.' he thought as he turned to look at her. 'She's sleeping on my shoulder. I can't even get up without disturbing her!'
Her headphones had become his savior. It saved his ears from her loud snores. Although she was a petite girl, she sure could beat a bear when it came to snoring.
His arm had already gone numb long back because of how tight she had held it. In fact, if Sanskar didn't know better, he would think she was in a conspiracy to stop its blood flow to his hand.
It had been 30 minutes since she got her father's call. And yet, there was no sign of him.
At first, Sanskar didn't mind her presence since she wasn't being a loud mouth. But now that he thought about it, that would have been better. Then he wouldn't be looking like a joker with the colourful headphones on, and she wouldn't be snoring like a bear. 'At least the place is almost empty. Less people see this, the better.'
He knew he could just throw her off of his shoulder and walk off. However, he didn't have the heart to do that after all she did to make him smile.
Noticing the light coming from her cell phone, he checked the caller ID. He guessed it was her father since she had saved it as "Baba".
"Hey? Hey, wake up." if he recalled correctly, he had heard her refer to herself as Ragini Gadodia while screaming at him. "Ragini? Hey, wake up Ragini." since it had no effect, he decided to take another approach.
Sanskar extended his free hand towards the water and took some in his hand. 'Hope she doesn't scream.' with caution, he gently sprinkled some on her face.
Her face scrunched up as cold water hit her skin. She shook her head and tried to go back to sleep. But Sanskar did it again.
Shaking her head, she groggily opened her eyes. "Who turned the lights out?" she mumbled.
"It's night time idiot." Sanskar replied in good humor.
"Oh." she blinked.
And blinked again.
Only then did it occur to her that she was sleeping on his shoulder, with her arms wrapped around his. At once, she pushed him back and shifted back pointing an accusing finger at him. "Who are you!? How did you get into my house, you creep?! Bloody murder!"
