First steps

Jungkook's POV

I went to school a bit earlier than usual, hoping that I would see Taehyung again. As I was walking down the hallway, I heard some sniffles coming from the bathroom. I quickly ran to the place and saw a group of five people circling a boy. At first I couldn't recognize who the boy was, but then I noticed the silver hair and everything clicked. 

End of JK's POV

Tae was begging them to stop bullying him, but they wouldn't stop. Tears were visible in his eyes. Jungkook's blood started to boil. His fists clenched together and if anyone looked him in the eyes, they would probably rot from the flames burning inside them. 

"Stop doing what you are doing RIGHT NOW" Jungkook growled.

"And why would we do that?" laughed the leader of the gang.

"Because I say so. Does Jeon Jungkook mean anything to you?"

"Oh shit." all of the five gasped.

"Well now that you know who I am, would you please go fuck yourselves or else I will have to beat your asses until you can't walk properly."Jungkook said to them.

They all went their own ways and left Jungkook and Taehyung alone in the bathroom. Tae was a crying mess. Guk felt so bad when seeing the boy cry. He crawled down to him and hugged him tightly. The junior was surprised from the sudden action but just gave in. The warmth of Jungkook was soothing to him. The senior gently stroked the younger's hair and whispered reassuring things in his ear. After a few minutes Tae had calmed down. He wasn't sure if he wanted to speak to anyone, but Jungkook was there for him in a hard moment, so he thought that he should at least say thank you to the other boy. 

"Thank you, Jungkook."

"No problem, sweetheart." Taehyung shyly blushed at the cute pet name." If someone tries to bully you again just reach out to me, okay?" 

Tae just nodded and lost himself in the elder's eyes. They were so strong, yet so soft and calming. He felt safe near the bad boy. 

"Tae? Taehyung are you with me?" asked Jungkook.

The junior snapped back to reality. He lowered his head as he just realized what happened.

"O-oh I'm sorry"

"You're so cute when you blush." said Guk.

Tae blushed in even a darker shade of red. He hid his face in his hands to which the elder reacted with a cute laugh. The boy was experiencing new feelings for the younger. He thought that he was the most fragile thing it the world at this very moment. He just wanted to hug him even tighter than he did before, but he knew that Tae wasn't ready for it. 

"Tae?"

"Y-yes?"

"Can I have your number?"
