Agartha

The forest was tall, but we were taller. Standing above the clouds, on the edge of a cliff. Next to the entrance to the Cave of Krubera.

We had already placed our bag in a little grove of trees. All our extra supplies that weren't essential for the climb down. We were getting ready to take a dive into an unknown world. A world we had yet to discover.

Argartha.

A mystical city located at the core of the Earth.

"I, Alina, of Khrabryy, together with Taisia will descend into the dark depths of this mysterious cave in order to find the one and only, Agartha."

My last words to the sun and sky had been said.

Goodbye for now, or ever.

Taisia and I have been on our journey for about twelve hours now. Our food supplies are doing well, we only eat when we're hungry. We will carry on for five more hours, by then, the moon would have said hello to the world above and we will take a rest on our journey. The ancient script we had, said that our journey takes three days.

There was only one way to find out.

We found a flattened out area to make a fire and lay down our wool blankets. After a quick meal. We headed off to bed.

"Do you think this place is actually real?" Taisia asks me.

"Would I bring you down here with me if I didn't" I respond with sarcasm. Taisia is my only friend from my village. We have been through a lot together and this had to be an experience I could only enjoy with her.

Day two went down exactly like day one. Instead, we had encountered a problem. Our destination might have arrived sooner than anticipated. In our script it had a riddle to find the entrance.

The brave adventurer who seeks Agartha

Must prove their worth with a drop

Of pureness.

"A drop of pureness?" Taisia questions me.

"I know, pass me your dagger. Trust me." I answered.

With no questions asked she passes me the dagger. I pricked my finger with the dagger.

Ouch.

I ran up to a wall covered in nature and let a singular drop of my blood fall on a leaf. Right before our eyes, the vines start pulling to the side revealing the underground city of Agartha.

Taisia and I ran inside in joy, where there were hundreds of people standing there waiting for us.

Now we had to face our hardest challenge yet.

Keeping a secret.
