The dust and sand stuck to Elizabeth's helmet as she trudged through the once massive corn field. She was on an expedition: to find any sign of life. However, her oxygen tank was running low on her terrain gear, so she was heading back to the research base. On her way there she encountered the manager if the expedition, Dr. Wright. He approached her in a brisk fashion and stated, " We have a special guest waiting to meet everyone back at the base," he informed. " I would advise you to hurry along back."

When we arrived back, Wright pressed the code into the keypad, and so we were granted access back into the base. He led Elizabeth to a special chamber: one able to adapt to any weather condition. They proceeded towards two couches: one of which was occupied. "Good evening Dr. Cornelius, " Wright welcomed. "It is a pleasure to be in the presence of such illustrious scientist." Cornelius replied. " This is out esteem archeologist, Elizabeth Sullivan," Wright introduced. " It is a pleasure to meet you," Cornelius said. " The pleasure is mine, " Elizabeth replied, " I have heard so much about you."

"Alright, let us begin," Wright began. " Dr. Cornelius, let me explain the purpose of this expedition; it is to find any sign of life." Wright explained. " Not only will we nurture any life that is found, but we will also see if the land is fertile." He elaborated, " and so we send patrols out periodically in search of life." He concluded.

" All of your patrols are back I presume," Cornelius assumed. " Not all," Wright notified, " the last patrol should arrive any minute." They sat in silence on the sofas, occasionally sipping the tea that was laid out on the table. The silence was broken by a sudden burst through the door. One of the geologist ran in and yelled, " Dr. Wright! We found a plant!
