quackity: I really hope you're doing okay, seriously.
Your heartbeat sped up slightly reading the text, and then you responded back;
you: you don't need to worry at all, really.
quackity: no, I think I do. you've been through quite a bit in the last while, so I think I should at least a little. anyway, how have things been today?
Butterflies exploded in your stomach looking at Alexis's response. You thought that what he said sounded like what a lover would say to you, but you brushed it off, saying to yourself that he only sees you as a friend and he cares about you and nothing more.
you: things have been better, I'm staying with Bailey for now, until I can get my own place, apart from staying with you guys for a week :)
"Who are you talking to?" Bailey asked in a light cheery tone, trying to help you feel better from the other situation.
"Keep your eyes on the road, bro." You joked back towards her.
You both chuckled together, and then Bailey mentioned that we completely forgot to put on the radio.
"Would you wanna put something on the aux?" She said to you as she focused on the road, turning down a street to get back to her house.
"Oh, sure." You responded. You decided to put on (y/fs) on the way home.
"Ah yes, a classic. Good choice." She joked slightly and gave a little side smile to you.
As the music played and the car moved down the road, some certain thoughts couldn't stop popping into your head.

Who knows.
You delved into your thoughts as you watched the houses pass by through the window.
