~Brianna Smallwood~

Kevin and I were on our way to my house. After what Leila said I was upset her mom knew me and Angie. Leila was never in trouble with us this is the first time Leila has been suspended from school and it wasn't even our fault! It was Daniel's. I was knocked out of my trance when Kevin opened my car door.

"Come on we're here." He says chuckling

"Sorry I was in thought." I say

He chuckles and shrugs. I got out and we walked up to the front door. I opened it and we walked in. I was surprised when I seen my mom come out of the kitchen with her apron on. I look back at Kevin and his smile grew. He's always loved my mom it was mostly cause my mom was a goddess in the kitchen. She walked up to me engulfing me into a hug.

"Mom! what are you doing here I thought you weren't coming back until next week!" I say

"Your brother called me saying he was coming home so I decided to end the trip early. Everyone understood I literally just got here!" My mom says

"Brandon's coming home! Since when! He's an ass he doesn't call me to let me know?!" I exclaim

"Brandon said for mom not to tell you!" I hear my brother say

I turn around and run in his arms. I started crying as he held me tightly.

"Your home!" I whisper

"Yea I'm here on a field trip. I just told them that I had family and I haven't seen them since I started going to college so they let me skip the trip and come see y'all!" He says

"Better matter is what is this clown doing here!" Brandon says glaring at Kevin

Kevin scoffed rolling his eyes, I rolled my eyes cause they always hated each other. Brandon didn't like him cause he knew how I felt about Kev. Kevin didn't like him cause Olivia went to the same college as Brandon the day Kev went to go surprise her he seen them in bed. Brandon noticed Kevin and smirked in his face. I just decided to stay out of it cause blood is way thicker than water.

"Kevin sweetie you should stay for dinner! Bri invite the rest of them and we'll make it a family dinner." My mom says

"Leila isn't gonna be able to come and frankly there is gonna be a bunch of tension" I say

"Already done Ms. Smallwood!" Kevin says smiling

"Thank you Kevin!" my mom says smiling

Brandon scoffed and walked away. I felt my phone vibrate so I took it out of my pocket.

Kevin~ Dinner at Bri's mom Brandon's home!

Angie~ SAY NO MORE WE'RE ON OUR WAY!!

Daniel~ Leila cant go but i'm on my way right now!!!

Brianna~ DON'T DO ANYTHING!

Angie~ No promises bestie he took my brothers girl! Like WHO ARE YOU!!

Brianna~ Angie you say or do anything I swear we're not friends
