Today was the day I was moving. I haven't even told Cesar, or the gang. I only found out yesterday that i was moving .
I was grabbed my phone, and walked out of my house to Cesar's. Everyone was at Cesar's. I walked into his house, and sat down on his couch. Monse and Ruby were arguing about something, which was the normal, and Jamal was going off about something interesting he found.
But Cesar was no where to be found. I walked into Cesar's room to find him laying on his bed. I smiled and sat next to him. " Wow ditching your friends to take a nap" I chuckled.
" I came to do something, but I forgot." He shrugged.
" Well come on, I have something to tell you guys." I headed into the living room, and got their attention.
" Okay, so I just gonna come out and say it-" I was cut off my Ruby. " You're gay?"
" Of course she wouldn't be. Right?" Monse added.
" She's not gay, guys." Cesar snickered. " Thank you" I shook my head.
" You're pregnant??" Jamal asked. I put my head down. For the love of god. I took a deep breath, and spoke.
" So..I'm moving." All of their faces dropped, even Cesar's. He looked more sad than shocked.
" Because you're pregnant!?!" Jamal yelled.
" Who was it? I bet it was Cesar." Ruby threw a pillow at him, and he caught it. " Or, are you secretly seeing someone, and you won't tell us." Jamal said.
" Wait, is that why you talked to Latrelle yesterday?" Monse asked. I wanted to walk out of this house. This was turning out worse than I had expected.
" You visited Latrelle yesterday? After i told you not to?" Cesar's voice sounded more hurt, then concerned.
" Cesar-"
" Is this a great time to tell them that we're dating?" Nope. It was not a good time to tell them good news.
Monse, Jamal, and Ruby stood quiet. " I think we should go," Jamal said, and the others nodded and left.
" We can talk about this Cesar." I sat down on his couch. " I don't think talking is the best solution Camile."
" Cesar I'm not leaving on bad terms." I sigh.
" You should've thought about that before seeing Latrelle." He rolled his eyes.
" I didn't see him on purpose, Cesar! He came to me, and yes even though I was walking on their territory, I wasn't trying to go against you or anything. I didn't even realize I was walking on their territory, until I snapped back to reality."
" So what you're telling me is that, you just so happened to walk on their territory and not know, encounter Latrelle, and you didn't even tell me." Cesar shook his head and laughed.
