"I stared at her,my insides turning.Ive never felt this before

Or did I?"

My red bloody hair cascaded on my wide shoulders,along my light blue dress,shining in the burning sun.

In front of me were Kaia and Sen,my two childhood friends.They seemed to be engaged in some kind of deep conversation about the time Sen slept at my place,which was last week when his parents were away.

Kaia's black hair with blue highlights hung loosely from her ponytail along the back of her ebony short dress.
She insisted in wearing something
fancy since we were celebrating me getting into college while Sen came in his usual attire,his black jacket and black jeans.

He had his blonde hair cut short yet his bangs were still covering somewhat of his face meanwhile
his blue eyes were staring straight at Kaia.

"We didn't do anything like that!"He yelled at her.

She seemed unphased while she kept a smug smirk on her pale face.

"Are you sure Sen?You two sat suspiciously close today."

She was talking about me wanting to sit next to him today.
We usually sat in the library where we had separate chairs but since today we were at this cafe I decided to sit next to him.

"Nothing suspicious here"i spiked through their conversation and took a sip of my tea.

"Seems like you finally spoke up!So,how do you feel like now that you just got into the dream college you wanted to go to since you were 12?"She buzzed with excitement as she also drank her black coffee.

"I feel...happy?I mean I finally made it so..Still ill miss you two a lot."My heart ached silently.Was I never going to see them again because of it now?

"Don't be like that!You can visit me anytime!"Sen smiled brightly at his statement.

"Id love to visit you too Aine!"I smiled at them.I will truly miss our talks at home.

"Well I should get going!Sen,keep her company.I have to get back to my boyfriend."She giggled and winked while sitting up.

Her shoes clinked as they hit the floor of the cafe.She recently made up with her boyfriend.Their relationship is going great so far and I'm happy for her.

"Why is she like this"He sighed running a hand through his glossy hair.

I have to say,he looked quite handsome today and I found myself staring at him.

"Do I have something on my face"Yeah,all of THAT.

"You look quite handsome"He spit the tea he was drinking right onto the poor waitress that was passing by.

Murmuring a sorry he turned at me with a sly smirk.His dimples made girls turn to stare at his face.

"Did you really say that?NOW,you realise it?"He laughed at me,his smirk growing bigger.

I shoved my hand in my red hair pulling it aside and smirked at him.
My crystal blue eyes were starting to give me up but I still said it.

"You think you're all mighty but did you see this"I pointed at myself making out the cringiest face I could muster.

I could see the ends of his mouth twitching.He was trying to hold in his laughter.I winked at him and we just lost it.

We both burst out laughing,earning some glares along the way.Most of them were from the girls that literally threw hearts around the place.

"We sound so stupid!" I giggled.

"Well,glad we think the same"He awed.

I looked stupid while laughing meanwhile he actually looked really good.His smile radiated light,earning some loving stares from the girls around us.I wasn't that pretty besides him.Girls all swoon over his blonde gorgeous hair and funny personality while boys looked only to try a "red head"not have a proper relationship.Not that I needed one anyway.What can I say?Best friends before guys.Oh wait...

"Shouldn't you go see your girlfriend?"I remembered when she talked to that girl some days ago.

She was gorgeous.Her shiny blonde hair looked like it was out of a commercial for those natural shampoos and beauty products along with her pale white face and shiny green eyes.

"Girlfriend?"

"Um,you know?Lilith,from algebra?"
He looked confused at me bringing up the girl he talked to.

"I don't know what you're talking about"I thought they liked each other even though she was a bitch.

"Lilith,the girl that kept pushing me and making everybody try to slice my throat"Why does he not remember her?Last time she almost pushed me in a well to have some time with Sen.

"Did this Lilith actually try to do that.Ive never heard of her name in my life."I fidgeted with my fingers under the table.

His phone beeped and without hesitation he looked to see who it was.
He brought it up enough for me to see and texted someone.

"Who are you texting?"I tried to get his phone.No use.His bony,long fingers grasped it tightly out of my grasp.He was too tall and too strong for a teenager and I've never heard or seen him going to the gym or working out.

"My part-time job's boss's calling me over.I have to get going."He got up and didn't even spare me a glance and left.I could see some girls giggling up behind him as he left.Stalkers.

"Why are they acting so weird these days"I thought as I stood up,dusted my stunning blue dress and grabbed my purse to leave but I stopped when a hand tapped me on the shoulder.

"Aine Kim?"His deep voice made a shiver run down my spine.

I turned around to face the stranger addressing me.

"Who are you?"
