Summer

It's been one amazing month with Knox.

and no, we haven't had sex.

He's waiting for me, and at times I wanna cry because I hate making him wait.

He's so amazing.

And he assures me every time that he doesn't mind waiting and that he loves me.

And I do worry that he's off having sex with someone else while he's waiting, but he's not.

He's great.

I'm snapped out of my thoughts by the front door slamming. "Knox!" I run to the door and he walks right past me. "Hey? Are you okay?" I follow him, but he ignores me. "Babeeeeee, I'm talking"

"I hear you!" he snaps.

I jump back. "I-I'm sorry" I fear the loudness in his voice.

Knox rarely raises his voice at me... and if he does, it's cause somethings wrong.

"Just get out of my way will you?!" he shouts.

I gasp then someone knocks on the door, giving me the perfect opportunity to run away from Knox.

I know I shouldn't be afraid of him, but it's like that bullying all over... the way they yelled at me... and this is how Gabe died, by continuing to talk to Knox when he was already pissed.

Do I plan to die today by my own boyfriend?

yea, no.

I open the door and if reveals Elijah!

I smile widely. "Hey!" I hug him tightly.

"Hey! It's been a hot minute!" he laughs and I pull back. "How were exams?"

I groan and he laughs.

"Babe..." Knox comes up behind me. "I'm going to Violets"

I turn to him. "Who's Violet?"

"I thought I told you about her?" he asks and I shake my head. "Well we're working on a project together"

"Why's she in alternative school?" I ask and he shrugs. "Have fun" I turn back around to Elijah. "So l-"

"I love you" he kisses my head before walking out.

"Love you" I roll my eyes.

"Jealous?" Elijah laughs.

I sigh. "I know Knox wouldn't cheat... but he use to be a player... he had sex like everyday. And now he's with me. I'm too scared and it's been so long since he's had sex"

"I don't know. He really seems to love you" Elijah sits down.

I sit on the other couch. "What if he's using me... he did it all the time before to other girls!"

Elijah laughs. "You're overreacting. Knox LOVES you. I see the way he looks at you. He's so deeply in love with you, Summer"
