Chapter Eight

Namjoon reached the hospital shortly after that and he carried the little bunny boy inside, asking for immediate help.

Jungkook was put into the hybrid ward and the doctor asked Namjoon to put kook on the bed.

He laid him gently on the bed "please help him.."

The doctor checked all of kooks vital signs etc. "the good news is that he's was only paralyzed with nonleathel toxin. He will be fine, but the bad news is that he got spooked. When bunnies get spooked it effects them a lot mentally and physically. He will most likely be too scared to eat or leave his safe place, wherever that may be. You need to make sure he at least gets bottle fed which will also provide him comfort"

Namjoon took all of that in and then nodded shakily "thank you"

The doctor handed over some baby bottles with milk in them before giving kook an injection "he should be able to move again in the next 10 minutes"

Namjoon let out a sigh of relief

~10 minutes later~

Jungkook managed to shakily sit up, looking around the room scared.

"Baby I'm right here" namjoon said walking over to the boy and holding his hand.

Jungkook instantly clung to the male, his body still weak and partially paralyzed.

The doctor documented a few things "is your bunny adopted by you legally?"

Namjoon cleared his throat while softly rocking the boy in his arms "uhh, n-no"

"I'd get onto that otherwise he could be taken away, when you adopt you get a care kit, which is law to own. If you don't do it they might not adopt him out again, but put him down. I'd do it now if I were you"

"How?" Namjoon asked while tilting his head.

"Go to the agency on the Main Street, take him in with you and say you found a stray you are going to adopt"

"Okay thanks again. May we leave now?" Namjoon asked eagerly.

The doctor nodded "if you're worried about him, bring him here. I'll even give you a free ambulance trip if needed"

Namjoon nodded and carried the boy carefully to the car and drove immediately to the agency.

Jungkook moved onto the males lap and clung to him.

"I love you Kookie. They won't take you away" Namjoon said and carried him into the agency.

Namjoon walked up to the front counter with the boy in his arms and spoke firmly "I found a stray I'm going to adopt"
