Imagine meeting Gwilym for the first time: Your beloved flatmate and longtime best friend, Lucy Boynton had just wrapped on filming the Queen biopic "Bohemian Rhapsody" you were very proud of her as you were able to watch her transform into Mary whenever you visited her on set. Because of this, she wanted to have a celebratory dinner with the cast, "wouldn't it be better if I stayed here Lu? I wasn't even in the movie" You tried persuading her out of forcing you to the dinner. "No! I want the guys to meet my best friend...plus we haven't been out in a while, it won't be THAT bad!" She exclaimed clinging onto you until you finally gave in "fine, I'll go...", Lucy only smiled brightly "yay! You're the best (Y/N)!" She squealed running off to get ready. Once you both had gotten to the restaurant you noticed four men waving at Lucy, one of them had blonde hair and very fit, the next one was a little shorter with ginger looking hair definitely had a more softer look to him, but the next man was of much taller stature with a beard and beautiful smile had a more mature look than the first two men, the last one you definitely knew was Rami due to you binge watching him on Mr. Robot during one of your off days. Lucy laughed a little grabbing your hand "look,that's them!" she whispered to you rushing towards the table, "what have I gotten myself into..." you said to yourself following behind her before finally arriving "hey Lucy!" you heard Rami shout out "hey Rami!" She responded glowing red before clearing her throat, "guys, this is my best friend (Y/N), (Y/N) this is Ben, Joe, Gwilym, and my boyfriend Rami!" "Boyfriend?" You repeated raising your eyebrows "you've really been busy Lu" you smiled looking at her as everyone laughed, "it's really nice to meet you (Y/N), Lu has told us many great things about you" Rami acknowledges nodding towards you, "it's great to finally put a name on a beautiful face..." Gwilym says taking a sip out of his drink making Joe choke on his drink putting him in a coughing fit, "Joe are you okay?!" Ben asks trying not to laugh at his costar choking as he heard Joe cough out a response "sorry I was just caught off guard... by something-" he answers making Rami and Lucy burst out into a laughing fit as you joined in laughing a little "I think someone is interested in you (Y/N)..." Lucy whispers under her breath "I'm pretty sure he's just being polite." you whispered back smiling but Gwilym couldn't keep his eyes off you if he tried. Joe kept nudging him trying to get him to speak up only for him to ignore it "so (Y/N) who's your favorite member of Queen?" Ben asks encouraging you to join in on the conversation, "I'd have to Brian...he has some really good guitar solos" you respond taking a sip out of your drink see the boys raise their eyebrows eyeing Gwilym "Well (Y/N) you're in luck, because our friend Gwilym here plays as Brian May in the film..." Rami begins explaining as Ben starts patting him on the back "and is very interested in you-" Joe interrupts mumbling under his breath making Gwilym's cheeks turn red smiling nervously, your heart fluttered at the sight making you flash a small smile back at him and continued stealing glances from each other across the table. -After the dinner- As everyone was saying their goodbyes to each other, you noticed Gwilym beginning to approach you looking back at the boys encouraging him. "It was a pleasure to meet you (Y/N), but I was wondering if I could get to know you more..." he looks away from you biting his lip nervously waiting for you to reject his offer, but only to hear you chuckle a little before clearing your throat "Are you asking me out on a date Mr Lee?" you asked smirking a little "Only if you want it to be (Y/N)-" he responds looking down at you smiling "Its a date then." You smile at him feeling your face heat up a little "Great." He smirks as he exchanges information with you along with a few hushed cheers from the boys in the background making Gwilym roll his eyes before walking away with them, flashing one last smile at you waving.
