Chapter 9:Disaster Part 1

Six years later...

Peter pulls me tighter and carried me to sit me down in the cabinet.

We were on a full make out session and I started to unbutton his shirt that he just put on.

He starts to kiss down my neck and I moan and I knew Peter enjoyed it as much as I did.

"Peter! They're here!" Lucy screams. Suddenly the door swing open and we both jump apart from each other and Lucy puts a hand over her eyes.

"Lucy! How many times have I told you to knock?" Peter says angrily and flush bright pink and I jumped off the cabinet and looked at my reflection in the mirror.

I flush harder when I see my red and plump lips of kissing Peter so forecefully.

"Sorry!" she says and I walk to Peter and button up his shirt. He closes his eyes and shakes his head. He kisses my cheek "I am sorry" he whispers and I roll my eyes.

"It's okay. Now, we have visits and you have to introduce us" I say brushing off the invisible dust off his shoulders and he smiled.

"C'mon Lucy. I want you to meet the Dolomores. They have a kingdom up west, it's small but kind" he says as he grabs Lucy's hand and mine and walk down the hallways to our visitors.

Peter finally declared peace with this kingdom which was already on my nerves. The Dolomores are very hard to deal with. But my boyfriends patience and intelligence conviced them and they now visit us to have a great big meal.

We meet with Susan and Edmund and we all walk together to meet this people.

When I first saw them I thought

Damn they are like... a lot of people.

King Frederick has 6 children. 5 boys & 1 daughter.

"King Frederick! It's nice to see you again" Peter walk up to him and shakes his hand, I scan the five boys and the timid girl.

"Ah! High King Peter" he says in a not-so-rude voice, he glanced at me and Susan. I swear I wanted to barf but I kept my back straight and head high.

I walked up next to Peter "King Frederick, I am Kira. The golden soldier" I shake his hand.

"I should have taken off the last part, shouldn't I?" I say with a bright smile and for the first time I see the girl smile and the king nod with a hidden smile.

"Let me introduce my family" Peters says stepping out to Frederick's side and points at Susan "This is Queen Susan" Susan smiled and bows at the King.

The king steps forward and kisses her hand and I see Peter's eye twitch. I knew that look.

The stay-away-from-my-sister look.

"King Edmund & Queen Lucy" Peter says grabbing Susan's hand away from Frederick's and Lucy and Edmund just stare and try to smile.

I look back at the girl who looked down at her feet. I walk close to her and the line of her brothers.

"Hi, I'm Kira" I say extending my hand at her and I see her flinch and then stare at my hand and extends her shaking hand to touch mine. I couldn't help but notice the marks on her arm and she quickly lets her hand out of sight.

I look up at her and fake a smile, like I've not seen anything. I look at the five boys who stared at me up and down and I mentally slap them all.

"Soldier Kira" the oldest one said and he looked just my age 21-ish. I smile as I notice his green eyes, they were absolutely hypnotizing. "I am prince Valentino" he says as he grabs my hand and kisses the top of it. I giggle...

Yeah, I giggles like a dork. Why? I don't know.

I hear someone clear his throat and I turn around to look at a very serious face of Peter and a laughing Edmund, Susan, & Lucy at the back.

"Kira, would you mind and walk with my sisters and brother to the dinning room?" his voice was full of jealousy and I instantly regretted looking into Valentino's eyes. I turn to look at the boys "But High King Peter we haven't meet the other brothers" I say and his eyes twitched again.

I look back at the boys and bow, taking Susan's and Lucy's hand I disappeared throught the giant doors.

"Peter was so pissed" Edmund laughed "I mean I've never seen his eyes twitch like that" his deep voice boomed throught the hallways and I roll my eyes.

"Edmund you may be 17 but I can still beat you up, you know that right?" I say trying not to laugh but I laughed anyways.

"Lucy, tell me if I am wrong but... Was I blind or did I see the 5 boys checking Kira out?" the 19 year old Susan asks Lucy. Lucy nods and squeezes my hand "Don't worry, Peter knows you love him"

The supper was completely awkward, well Peter sat me as far as he could from the five boys and the girl.

I mean, hello?! I am not lesbian Peter.

"So Peter, tell me. Any special girl out there?" Valentino asks and he looks at his cup while Toretta filled it with more wine.

Peter's jaw got tense as Valentino looked at me and I just looked down at my food.

Awkward.

"Actually, I do. I have a healthy relationship with someone" he says stabbing the fork to his meat. I gulp and look at Susan and Lucy.

"Prince Valentino, how about you?" Susan asks and Valentino shakes his head and takes the golden cup to his lips and looks at me again.

"May I be excused?" I hear the girl say tinidly and I see the king look at her with a deadly stare. She was standing up but now she sat back down.

"Theresa, why don't you take me to the bathroom?" his father asked and he stood up taking Theresa's arm and stanging her up forcefully.

Theresa looked like she was going to cry and I looked at Peter. He must have noticed the same thing and he stood up taking my hand in his "Kira and I will bring more wine and breas, excuse us" he said with his sexy smile...

Well, I thought it was sexy.

We walk down the hallways, "So... Prince Valentino" he says as he walked by my side.

I roll my eyes and smile "Are you jealous Peter?" I ask.

"Well--"

Suddenly I hear Theresa scream in pain. It was not that loud but since we were very close we could hear.

I walk faster and I lean against the wall and look at how King Frederick slapped her daughter and threw her to the floor.

"I am sorry father, I won't do it again. I promise" she sobs and the bastard slaps her head against the wall.

"You should not stand up from the table, you stay in the table until everyone is ready to leave. Do you notice how bad it made me look?" the man said as he stared down at Theresa on the floor.

I look at Peter and I reach for Peter's sword. He shakes his head and pulls me away from the wall and makes me walk back.

"Peter, what are you doing? Don't you see he is hurting her?" I whisper at him.

He passes a hand through his face and looks at me "Kira, it's none of our buisiness" I flinch at his words and break free from his grip.

"How could you say that?"

"Let's head back to eat okay?"

I shake my head as I gave him a sarcastic laugh.

"Sure. I'll just sit there and think how that bastard hits his own daughter!" I say throwing my hand to the air.

I walked away from Peter as he called my name.

I can't believe this.

Theresa just wanted to go to the bathroom and King Bastard hits her because it's 'disrespectful'?
