This game that we play is a strange romance
When my heart begins to break, you are near
yet when we are in our world, I'm in a trance
our words twist and tangle hiding my fear
You trap me in your cage and I cant breathe
odd words you speak like a weird coded riddle
You lock me up tight and I can not leave
and you give me hearts and kisses but just a little
I can not break free from this crazy maze
you just make my stomach fill with butterflies
you just leave me in a gray colored daze
I am stuck in this silly game until I rise.
