Jeongyeon paced around her room for the twentieth time after searching for the note for the thirtieth time. She had lost Jimin's sappy letter and phone number- AGAIN. The brunette didn't realize that she was more disappointed than frustrated. What if she never saw Jimin again? Now she really screwed up. She decided that the only way to get her mind off of it was to take a long hot shower.

After Jeongyeon stripped and hopped into the shower she didn't think about Jimin one bit. She only thought of what to do when she would hang out with Byeol next week. They would hang out on the twenty-third, since she was spending time with her family every other day. But her thoughts quickly returned to the older man. As she lathered up her hair with shampoo she couldn't help but think of Jimin and miss his warm touches.

Something in her gut told her that she needed to be with him to feel complete. Jeongyeon decided that her shower was making her mind wander too much so she turned the metal knob and caught the last few beads of water in her palms. Showering distracted her too much, she needed to get back to searching for the note. She walked out of the bathroom and into her room with only a towel wrapped around her torso and in the middle of drying her hair.

"Hey Jeongyeon, is this piece of paper important?"

Jeongyeon found her fellow group mate crouching on the floor, squinting at what seems to be something under the bed.

"Sana!" She exclaimed and snatched the paper before the younger girl could take a look at it.

"What? Was it like a diary entry or something?" Sana looked up at the older girl in perplexity.

"No," Jeongyeon played it off cool. "It's just the wifi password."

"Then why didn't you want me to see it?" Sana squinted up at her, still crouching.

"Here's a better question," Jeongyeon playfully slapped the younger girl's shoulder. "how did you get in here?"

"The door was unlocked." The younger girl stood up on her feet. "Why are you hiding it?"

"I just thought you were a stalker, that's it." Jeongyeon bit her lip.

"Well, if there's a problem just come to me, okay?" The older girl nodded. Sana smiled and made her way to the doorway. "See you tomorrow- and lock your doors!"

They giggled together before Sana left her hotel room. Jeongyeon's relieved face returned and she plopped down on the bed, clutching the note.

She left it on her nightstand and changed into her pajamas. She took her rare privacy to her advantage and dialed in Jimin's number. Jeongyeon hesitated before hitting the green button. Would he even pick up this late at night?

He didn't. Before Jeongyeon knew it, the call went to voicemail. She blew out a breath. She was actually relieved that he didn't pick up, as she wasn't prepared to talk to him again.

She would have to try again tomorrow.

...

Tomorrow. That's what she thought for five days. She was furious that Jimin would miss her calls every time she tried calling him. Did he think that she was a scammer or something? She had left at least three voicemails. Hopefully he didn't give her a fake number, that would be humiliating. It was only when another member took her gloominess into account that she realized how desperate she was.

"What's wrong unnie? Why are you frowning at your phone?" Dahyun asked, pouting.

"Oh, it's nothing..." Jeongyeon mumbled. "Actually, I've been waiting for someone to call me back. I've been trying to contact them countless times."

The older girl was glad Dahyun didn't catch a hint of sadness in her voice or she surely would've found out about him.

"You should do the same to them." She suggested. Jeongyeon raised a brow. "You know, when they call back ignore them completely."

"You're right, Dahyun. I'm overthinking it." She said, but let out a loud sigh. She turned her phone on silent and continued poking at her lunch.

The whole tiring day of promotions passed by quickly and the girls returned to their rooms.

Jeongyeon almost had a heart attack when she was in the middle of playing games on her phone and a number popped up on her screen.

'It's about time he finally called back.' She thought, rolling her eyes but resisting the temptation to pick up and melt into his velvety voice. Jeongyeon ignored the call and went outside to get fresh air. A half moon was displayed in the dark sky. She had somewhat regretted not picking up the call.

...

"Damn, why isn't she picking up?"

A confused and frustrated Byeol sits crosslegged in the center of his hotel bed after calling a certain older girl for the second time.

'Maybe she's not into me after all.' He thinks with a frown.
