The Fallen Angel

Chapter 1

"How did it end up like this" mumbled Lily while lying on the ground and shivering out of fear. Rose was laughing at lily because of how pathetic she looks. It all started a week ago, when lily was still in heaven. She was waiting for her next orders from god. After she received her orders, she went down to earth to fulfill them. Her orders were to check if everything is going according to how it's supposed to thus, she hid on the ceiling of a condominium and started reading the future. She read a part where it says a man will die in a car accident. Lily couldn't stand and watch a person die in front of her eyes so she interfered. She saw the man that was supposed to get into that car accident and got him out of the way. Even though there were strict rules of an angel interfering with someone's fate, she didn't care. Later on, she was called by god to a tribunal in heaven and was banished from heaven. She became a fallen angel. Lily was sent down from heaven to earth. God took all her magical powers away from her but her wings were forgotten so she hid them. She knew very well that angels will come after her to take her wings away from her but she thought" I can't go and tell use my powers to fly back to heaven and tell them about my wings since these wings are just for show so the only thing I can do now is move on".

Of course since Lily is an angel, she looked rarely beautiful. Almost too rare. She kept walking for about half an hour until a group of people came and took her to a laboratory. She didn't know who they were and what they wanted but thy were speaking with her politely so she just went with them. Her wings were not showing but because of her rare beauty, they thought it was strange so they had the idea of her not being human therefore, they took her to a laboratory. When she got there, she looked at all the scary machines and the tender little angel felt scared thus ran away out of fear. she came with them quietly before so they thought that they didn't need a tight security around her that's why it was so easy for her to run out. But there was just one problem. Lily used to know the direction because heaven used to give her a special map to show her the way but she no longer has that map so she doesn't know where she is going. The people from the library started chasing after her. She was running and panting. She kept looking back and wasn't paying attention to where she was going. Because of that, she bumped into a guy and fell. The guy was wearing a fancy suit and was about to go into a really wealthy car. She glanced at him but turned around and saw the guys who were chasing after her. She wore an expression of fear but the something unexpected happened. They stopped running a few centimeters away from her and bowed while saying" sorry boss. We found this interesting creature. We saw white wings that started to go into her back and were no longer visible not to mention, her beauty is so rare. Also the news from a few days ago said that a beautiful female with white feathers saved a man from a car crash so we thought that this female had something to do with that accident so we took her to our laboratory for research's sake but she ran away and so we chased after her. Our deepest apology for letting things go out of hand".

The man looked at Lily's face that was full of fear and then glared at the people from the laboratory and told them "she is with me so don't touch her. I'll take it from here on out so you forget that you ever saw this girl". " yes sir. We are sorry to have disturbed you" they replied and went back to the lab. The man reached out his hand and murmured "are you alright?". "yes I am. Thank you for helping me." replied lily. Surprisingly lily didn't fell scared of this unfamiliar man but instead she felt safe and so she grabbed his hand and he helped her get up. "do you have anywhere to go?" asked the man. " no I don't" replied lily with a depressed voice. " then would you like to come live at my mansion for the time being?" asked the man while smiling. "Yes!" replied lily all excited and went with the man into his car. Lily was looking at all the lights outside of the car's window. She looked surprised of how beautiful earth can be at night because she was not allowed to visit earth at night Because angels will stand out thanks to their of their beautiful, big, white wings. Then she was going to ask about his name so she turned around and they both exchanged looks. She quickly looked away and started blushing. Then she mumbled" um.....I haven't asked about your name yet........would you mind telling me?". " my name is Alexis what's yours?" asked Alexis. "my name is Lily". For a moment there, Lily forgot all about becoming a fallen angel and also the depression.
