Yellow candle
Smile
Hair in ponytail (for girls)
Good screaming
Spell: with the candle in front of you and looks at the happy things and poster start really focusing of your happy memories and start smiling start screaming in happiness and say I'm happy then say/whisper:
Gods and goddesses please make me happy forever so mote it be! After that you are most likely going to be happy in at least 5 minutes in those 5 minutes do what you were doing before you speaker until 5 minutes has past there your happy
