We Got Married [IU x Reader]

Letter Sent

Narrator's Pov

As the task was given the two exchanged letters everyday giving out gifts and inspirational quotes. On the second day of the Letter count down both of them shared facts about themselves. 

Day 2 letters

IU sent a collection of movies of different kinds of movies that she got from a CD store near the placr they shooted a commercial.  Horror movies,  comedies and dramas,  romcoms you name it she bought it for them to watch. 

"Hi mister mystery husband so in the box contains CDs of different kinds of movie genres if you feel like crying there's Wonder,  if you feel like you wanna be giddy and laugh hard watch When we first met, if you feel like you wanna get scared but who want's to be? anyway watch A quiet place.  And if you feel like your into solving mysteries watch What happened to monday?  I love watching movies so if ever your into it let's have a movie marathon while eating ice creams or bingsu as a bonding okay??"

It was a letter that made Xyun's heart jump in joy the last time he did these kind of things was when he was still a trainee or was when he's with friends.

While Xyun just finished baking his inherited knowledge of how to bake tasty cookies from his grandma and mother.

"Hola mi amor, cómo estás? I baked these cookies for you and your family or friends  I hope you're not allergic to cinnamon cause it literally is my favorite. From what I read cinnamon possesses a great amount of energy, and a pinch can be added to anything to rev up the power level. It is also excellent for spells and charms involving money. Cinnamon is a magical herb for success, action, healing, protection, energy, love, prosperity, and purification. There's nothing wrong with just thinking thatvit might be true but yahh I kinda believe it. By the way these flowers are called Balsam it shows or represent the ardent love I will give to you. "

IU was contemplating wether to eat the cookies or not cause she isn't really a fan of cinnamons but knowing that the guy behind the idea of baking her cookies with such effort made her taste it and immediately fall for it thinking that choco chip cinnamon cookies will be her next favorite snack and doesn't mind if she's the only one to eat all 3 containers of cookies.

Day 3

Last night the man had a hard time sleeping because of to many thoughts in his head and also because of the cool air. So he went up and thought of something to give as he thought the weather is getting more cold and totally wants comfortable stuffs so he thought that it would be better if he gave her a sweater and a cap for when there are events that she need to cover up her gair because it isn't fix or maybe when there a flashes of light she want's to avoid badly like he does.

"Hey its me your stranger lover,  obviously. Hahaha so these flower is an orange tulip it means Understanding,  appreciation and truest love. I promise to understand our arguments,  our difference. I will appreciate your efforts,  I really do actually.  Thanks for the playlist I love your choices and the movie collection,  I love the idea lets watch all of it together.  And I'll try to be your truest love.   Also inside the paper bag is a sweater and cap for you.  Until the time we haven't met yet let this sweater be the one to comfort you when you're sad or if you're cold and let thid cap protect you from the flashes of light that comes your way everytime there are paparazzi following you but I promise that some day I'll be the one to protect you from those flashes."

IU was now wearing the sweater as she walk through the streets of Honhdae.

IU was amazed by the everyday flower that she gets and is actually thinking where to put the others in the future.  And thinking of a good gift she asked her manager wether he knows any other information about the mystery man behind all the flowers,  and eventually the manager had found out about the condition or dificulties Xyun have after talking to his manager. 

"Wow I realized that your into flowers and its reprentations how cute,  I never thought I'd meet someone like it.  So here's a pillow and a book I heard that you sometimes suffer from insomia so until I get to meet you I can't help you with the condition but I hope this pillow and books it will help you fall asleep."

IU said probabbly saddened having to know that her stranger lover is having a hard time to fall  asleep.

By day 4
the producers thought of another chance or way to let them know one another more by giving the couple a phone where there is a number that will help them call each other and talk hearing their partners voice. And with that they both smile IU was waiting for her future husband to call while roaming around at the peaceful street of Jeju where she took a vacation but still has some staff to film for when she receives the letters. On the other hang Xyun is currently on his dressing room staring at the phone hesitating  wether or not to dial the number that was provided and said to be his wife's number. Xyun looked at his manager and saw a thumbs up indicating that the letter had already arrive to the unknown wife he has and dialing. After three rings the phone vibrated implying that the receiver of the call already answered making the grey eyed man speak confident but polite

"Annyeong is this my future wife?" He asked while grinning. 

"Annyeong yes this is your future wife stranger haha." IU giggled at the idea of being engaged to a complete stranger.

"Well umm you have a sweet voice it almost seem familliar but anyway I'm glad that I met you now in a phone though I hope you like the gifts I sent." He said rambling on his words but thankfully the actress understood it all.

"I know right weird yours sounded familliar too and I definitely liked it the fowers are beautiful the letter has always been sweet.  Thank you." She said sincerely. 

"I should be the one thanking you for allowing me to do these."

"Well then you're very much welcome you know the reason I actually said ye to this is because I wanted to know how it felt to be in a married life without being totally tying the knot."

"Umm we literally have the same reason except we still need to make a proper ceremony I hope that it would be fine if our families would be there but if not it could be just our friends or at least someone that it special to us to witness it even tho the supporters would be watching it through broadcast." IU giggled again. 

"Sorry do I speak so much." Xyun apologize scratching his neck because of his habit when he is shy even tho IU won't see it.  

"No it's fine it's actually cute ang I totally agree with someone special to witness it cause even tho this is made for a program it still is special." Both of them felt there heart swoon at each others voices,  laughs,  and way of thinking they thought to thereselves that they would make a perfect pair but being oblivious of the things that might happen when they once they meet.
