I keep on seeing her everywhere. "Oh Joohyun, I hope you're doing well..." I muttered, looking at all the articles. I haven't been in contact with her for 10 years now. She moved away when we were both 17.
"I'm going to miss you, Joohyun." I said, tearing up. Joohyun held her hand up to my face. "Don't worry Y/N, I'll come back soon." Joohyun said, wiping away my tears with her finger. "Are you sure?" I asked, my eyes staring into her dark brown eyes. Joohyun nodded, giving me a small smile. I smiled back. 'Let's hope that's true...' I thought. "Joohyun! Go pack up your things now!" Joohyun's mom said loudly. We both chuckled and Joohyun stood up. "Bye Y/N." Joohyun said, waving. I waved back and Joohyun smiled.
Her smile. That was the last thing I saw of her personally. God, that smile was so genuine and sweet. I look back at my phone. 'I shouldn't compare present her with past her.' I thought, realizing what I was about to do. Suddenly, I get a text from an unknown person. 'What the hell?' I thought before clicking on the text.
