     It's finally Friday, the day I get my braces on. I am so excited because I have been wanting braces for the longest now. For my outfit I just put on something casual. Later on that day Jack decided to text me saying. "Good luck beautiful." I replied back saying "Thank you." We have finally made it to the dentist office. "Are you excited sweetie?" My mom said while smiling. "Yes I have been waiting for this moment." The doctor came out and finally called us in for my appointment. "How are you guys doing this evening?" The doctor said while looking at his clipboard. "Good." My mom said. A few moments later the doctor called my mom in to check up on me. "Will she is all done. By the way she can not eat hard stuff. Such as candy and etc." When the doctor said that I couldn't eat candy I was so disappointed because candy is my LIFE! My mom shook her head. "You heard that Nia?" I nodded. "Will it was nice meeting with you guys." The doctor said while smiling. "You too." My mom and I both said. We walked out of the building and began walking towards my mom's car. I took a quick picture showing off my braces. I sent the picture to Jack.

Jack: You actually look really hot with braces

Nia: Oh Jack your just saying that to get me back

Jack: No I'm not Nia, I was just trying to tell you the truth

Nia: Do you really think so?

Jack: YES! How about I pick you up and we can go walking or something?

Nia: sounds like a plan

Jack: Ok see you in a few

I had butterflies in my stomach when Jack sent me that message. "Mom, Jack wants to hang out later today, I was wondering if I can go?" I said nervously. "As long as you clean up your room." She said while driving. "Ok thank you mom you are the best." We pulled up to the house and I ran upstairs to clean up my room. Ding dong! I heard the doorbell ring. "I GOT IT MOM!" I opened the door and there stood Jack Gilinsky. "You look amazing Nia." He said while smirking. "You too Jack Gilinsky." Nia said while smirking. "I just have to finish cleaning up my room and I will be ready. You are welcome to come in." Nia said while smiling. Jack walks in and follows me up stairs. "You have a beautiful room." He said while sitting on the edge of my bed. "Thank you Gilinsky." I was just organizing my closet when I feel arms around my waist. "Jack what are you-" He cuts me off and says. "I have been wanting to hold you in my arms for a while now. I can't help the fact whenever I see you. You just make me go crazy. Nia your the girl I want and only one nobody else." I turn around and look at Jack smiling. "If that's how you really feel about me. Than..." I take a deep breath before saying what I am about to say. "I would love to be your girlfriend again!" He leans in for a kiss. Our lips both meet passionately.
"Nia Journey Woods, I love you." Jack said.
