Deandra's p.o.v

At 3 days old i was dropped off at my foster parents house, mysteriously. They don't know who my real parents are or how to contact them. I'm not complaining though, they've done nothing but treat me like i was actually wanted. Florida is a beautiful place to raise a family. My mother always wanted a princess and my father always wanted a legacy. Someone to carry his name (of course i don't actually have his last name. My last name is Faith and theirs is Fent).

I'm grateful they have such high hopes for me in the future. I just, don't feel as if I'll actually make it that far. Don't get my wrong, i'm not suicidal, but i feel as if something bad is starting to happen. When i turned 16, a darkness started to form inside me. Almost like it was supposed to be there to make me suffer

Talk about transformation central.

Te'Javion's p.o.v

Let's get straight to the point. I'm rich, good looking, and might I add a mighty good chick magnet. Okay, i suppose my parents spoiled me a little too much but i'm not complaining.  They said it was cause didn't want me to have to struggle through life like they had to. Yet they still manage to move us from the beautiful New Orleans area into the stupid state of Florida. (I might be a little brat, but so what).

My parents once told me that they had a very bad experience when they first met. They wont tell me what it was, all they said was, "It's hard to explain and we don't want to put that stress on you. It's the past. We just thought it would be good to tell you." It's a bunch a bull, i know. They told me this when i turned 16. Things got really bad for me, i felt as if a part of me was lost. It still feels like that but i just don't act on it anymore.

"TJ, love". my mom's voice interrupted my thoughts, "We're almost there."
