We landed safely and it was around 2 hrs long flight. We all were very tired. " Jet lag is a bitch." I said turning towards Zayn. ( I picked this line from BAD REPUTATION// Shawn )
For most of the flight I slept resting my head on Zayn's shoulder , ( he is very understanding that way.) . We picked our bags up headed towards our hotel DAYS INN . Though we had some money with us we gotta manage our cash as our parents had given money keeping in mind the school trip.
So we had booked only one room, while me and Max slept on the bed , Zayn rested on the couch in the room.
We all slept as tomorrow is gonna be a busy day .
I woke up around 9:00 a.m and when I opened my eyes I saw Zayn standing in front of the mirror all dressed up . I was baffled so I questioned him, " what is up with you Z ?"
"Hey , do you ever remember anything or you're on some drugs lately??"
"Oh! Today's your big day right ? Oh my goodness how could I forgot . Where's Max I haven't seen her since I woke up?"
"She's gone out to attend some urgent call."
That is  when Max appeared , her face didn't have that smile that it always has . I was worried and then she said , " my grandma had a heart attack and her state is really critical."
"I gotta go home ."She said as tears rolled down her eyes.

Later Zayn went to contact the manager for his auditions while I dropped Max to the airport.
She hugged me tight and said, " I'll call you when I land.bye."
I returned to the hotel room and saw Zayn busy in his phone I entered , " so when's your audition?"
"Is Max alright , she was very upset."
"Yeah, she's fine and she will be normal soon."
"My audition is today at 4:30 p.m in evening.so since it is only me and you, would you mind if we go out and visit some places of interest. What say?"
"Sir , if you don't remember I came to see LA not to support you ." I said sarcastically.
"Oh I know how selfish you are, Ashley smith."

We headed out to see lax and first went to Santa Monica pier ( it is a large double jointed pier at the foot of Colorado avenue, Santa Monica. For those who don't know)
There were so many rides and restaurants. It was huge so we both walked to find a suitable ride, Zayn immediately found a roller coaster and pulled me by my hand," Ash there's something for us , tooooo adventurous, too dangerous, THE ROLLERCOASTER." He said giving me a I wanna go look.
Such a dork. He knows I am afraid of rollercoasters , but interestingly today I didn't refuse and agreed to go straightaway. He was a bit taken aback but went to buy the tickets.
And When he went my phone rang , there was a FaceTime call  and who could it be, it was Harry , for sure. I looked around for Zayn and quickly picked up his call.
"Hey! So far how's your trip going on?", he said with the biggest smile.
"So far so good."
"Where are you right now?"
"I am at Santa Monica pier.it has plenty of rides and awesome restaurants ." Just as I finished my sentence Zayn appeared out of nowhere.i didn't know what to do so I ended FaceTime with harry.
His face dropped as he saw Harry, " I thought you respected my emotions" his voice changing to rude," I told you to cut him off , it doesn't seem as if you have done it. You are not a bestie"
"What's the big deal, he is my friend and I have full right to be in contact with my friends." I replied defending myself.
"You should have told me Ash."
"You only told me you had a fight with him , so I didn't want to upset you."
"But still you've."
"Z listen to me . Why are making a fuss about it?  He's my friend just like you."
"Hey, don't compare me with that sick boy. I don't want you to talk to him, that's it."
"Hey you've no right over me, it's not that you own me, you're not even my boyfri......"
"How does it matt... , Nooo wait what did you just say, so if I were your boyfriend would you listen to me?"
" what's the reason that you don't like him? He doesn't seem wrong to me."
"Of course he  wouldn't  be wrong to you."
"Woah, I see where this is going. Why don't you tell me what that stupid fight was for?"
"Okay, you want that naa , so let it be like that , it was for you, we fought for you Ms. Ash."
" Me , what ' bout me?"
"We both liked you, no I loved you and I love you now, he just wanted you in desperation for a gf."
" Wha...." words could not Come out of my mouth.
"Yes that is the TRUTH."
