Chapter 2

Maxine's POV
     After class we went straight to Emma's house to hang out and figure who is doing this to us

    "Okay so you really cheated on Josh?" Chloe asked
 
    "No I'm about to break up with him" Emma answered
 
    "So you cheated on him because you were still together and you're seeing Oliver?" Chloe said

    "Ugh Yeah kinda but we don't love each other anymore"

     "What the seriously why are you still together"

      "I don't know"

     "Okay are you two done?" I asked
 
     "Yeah" Chloe said

     "So we have a suspect Ericka" Chloe rolled her eyes

     "Why do you think would Ericka do that?"

     "Duhh because she wanted to be the queen of Lundren High"

    "You popular kids and your dumb reasons, there could be other reasons why that person is doing what they are doing"

    "But I don't understand why they are targeting us?" Emma said

     "I don't know"

        The next day school started pretty fine it's not like the other days where I felt like I was being stared at instead Emma is taking all of it when she opened her locker it was filled with notes with the word 'slut' written on it

        Who ever is doing this probably does not like me and Emma but why we didn't do anything wrong why are they spreading rumors about us

        Wait a second it is Ericka she hates me and Emma and she's the only one who called Emma a slut

         I quickly ran to the student's lounge to meet up with Chloe and Emma I saw the both of them reading all the notes from Emma's locker

        "It is hard to trace the people who did this, all of this are typed" Chloe said

        "Ericka is totally the person who's behind this she's the one who called me a slut"

        "We have no proof"

        "Chloe can't you see she's the one who did all this"

       "Fine but whatever you wanted to do about it I'm out"

      "I'll confront her about this" Emma said

       "I'm with you" I said

       Emma and I planned to confront Ericka but Chloe won't join us I don't know what's up with her she said that its stupid and she doesn't want to be trouble

      Chloe is the type of person who is a little bit on the safe side her motto in life is Rather Be safe that Sorry that's how she is that's why she never got in trouble

     Emma and I waited for Ericka in near her locker when she came we started to asked her questions

     "So when are you going to admit that you're the one who spread the rumors about us?"Emma said

      " Uhh No why do you think would I waste my time for the both of you"

      "Admit you're the one who did it" I said

     "No I did not"

    "Because you hate us"

   "Because you are a cheater and You are a slut" A hand suddenly went to Ericka's cheek

     "You bitch" Ericka then started to hit Emma and the both of them are on the floor tackling each other

      "STOP" I yelled and now everybody's looking at us some took out their phones and started to take videos and pictures

      I tried to pull Emma away but she resist the second thing I knew was Mr Bobbit our school principal and Coach Ann separating the both of them
