Belle wakes up the morning feeling as if she's walking on sunshine. She gleefully makes the bed before showering and then making her way downstairs. Logan is sprawled on the couch. He refused to walk up the stairs when they got home and neither Axel or Belle were up to the task of dragging him upstairs.

She chuckles and looks at the time on the clock on the wall. It shows that its eleven in the morning, an appropriate time to wake Logan.

When she nears him, his eyes flutter open themselves and he spares her a glance. He places a hand on his head and sits up.

"Morning." he says nonchalantly. He wasn't joking when he told Belle he doesn't get hangovers.

"Morning." she chirps, sitting down next to him. "How'd you sleep?"

He stretches his arms. "Great. I should probably go take a shower." he says and stands up. Belle reaches for his wrist as he does so.

"Wait, Logan." she says. He looks down at her and smiles a soft smile, urging her to continue. "I just never got to tell you last night," she stands up, her hand still on his wrist. She can't believe that the attractive guy standing in front of her said he likes her of all people. "I...like you too."

His eyes widen when she says this. He runs a hand through his hair.

"Don't tell me-" he looks her in the eyes and frowns. "What exactly happened last night? I can't remember past my nineteenth shot."

Belle narrows her eyes. So he doesn't remember telling her he likes her and kissing her? She should have known it was just the alcohol talking. She can't believe she just embarrassed herself.

"Oh my gosh, this is so embarrassing." she lets go of his wrist. She looks to the side. "Go take your shower." she mumbles.

Logan's eyes widen with worry. The last thing he wants is for Belle to be upset. It's no secret that he likes her, but he doesn't remember confessing. In fact, he made a promise to himself that he'll never tell her. She likes Alejandro. Or so he thought. That's what she told him.

"No, no, no." he says quickly, stepping in front of Belle as she wants to walk away. "Just please tell me what I did and said last night." his eyes are pleading. Belle sighs. She's already embarrassed herself this much, how much worse can it get anyway?

"Well, you told me that you've always liked me, and then you kissed me." she admits. Logan's eyes widen even more. Did he really do that? She scoffs. "See. I knew it was the alcohol talking. You probably regret the entire night."

He places a hand on her shoulder, not aware that his mere touch causes her to lose all common sense.

"The only thing I regret is not being sober enough to remember it." he says, honestly. Since he already confessed his feelings, he might as well play open cards. "I really do like you. It's just a pity drunk me got to tell you before sober me could." he laughs humorlessly. She places her own hand over his hand that's on her shoulder and smiles.

"Alejandro who?" she jokes, causing Logan to chuckle. His eyes then catch sight of his knuckles and the dry blood that stains it. He pulls his hand back and examines his knuckles.

"What happened here?" he asks, frowning. Belle shrugs.

"Some guy was about to get into a fight with Alejandro and you stepped in." Belle explains. "But go take your shower. We can talk when you're done."

Logan smiles. "Thanks, you're the best." he says before jogging away from her and upstairs. Belle doesn't realise she's smiling to herself until Jesse enters.
