this is old as shit and i dont use dave or tommy anymore. just posting because i like it

Lee laid on his hammock, swinging lazilly while staring out the window. Dave laid on the bed below him, listening to music so loud that Lee could hear through his headphones. He didnt mind though. He was his brother, after all. Lee slouched down off of the hammock. He sat on the ground next to Daves bed for a minute before standing up again and bouncing onto the bed.

"What do you want..?" Dave took his headphones off. Lee smiled at him, just in awe that the person next to him just happened to be his brother.

"Wanna see what Tommy and Maze are doing today? Maybe we can all go to the beach." Lee smiled kindly, trailing off at the end a little bit, remembering he couldn't swim.

"You do you.." Dave put his headphones back on. Lee sighed a bit and slid off the bed, opening the window behind his hammock. He picked up his phone and called Tommy.

"Hey nerd, wanna go to the beach?" He said, staring out the window. Tommy took a moment to consider.

"Uh, sure, Ill go!" He said a bit reluctantly after a moment. "Ill ask Maze if she wants to go."

"Cool." Lee said, not realizing Tommy had hung up. Tommy was notorious for hanging up without goodbyes or anything, just as soon as the conversation was over. Lee grunted a bit. He went back to Daves side and tapped his head.

"Tommys coming, so might Maze. You sure youre not coming?" Lee asked when Dave took off his headphones and stared up at him.

"Yup." Dave responded simply.

"Thats cool." Lee walked away and went into his side of the closet to look for his bathing suit. He found it and went into the bathroom to put it on. He ran back into him and Daves room to grab whatever else he may need. All he ended up grabbing was a pair of clothes to change into incase he needed it. Towels were in the hall closet, and he had stopped wearing sunscreen forever ago.

Lee waltzed into the bedroom again and looked for his Jack Skellington backpack. He somehow managed to shove everything he needed inside, purposely leaving his phone behind so that incase Dave needed him, he would have to get off his ass and come to the beach himself.

"Alright, Im headed out!" Lee said to Dave as he hopped out the door and bounced downstairs and into the disattached garage to get his iconic red bike. He rolled it out of the back door, not wanting to open the garage. He hopped on the bike and rode to Tommys house.

"Oh shit!" Lee said to himself as he slid sideways to stop the bike in its tracks. "My life jacket!!" He got on the bike and rode home quickly, hating himself for remembering that half way to Tommys. He got it from the garage and went back to riding, humming one of his favorite songs at the moment, even though he could only remember the chorus.

Tommy and Maze walked down the road, Maze pulling a wagon with two beach chairs in it. Tommy could hear Mazes heavy breathing. He felt awkward, knowing for a fact he would be the only one without a shirt.

"You know whats fucked up, Tommy? We both have dicks, but only one of us is a dude.." Maze spoke up out of the silence. Tommy didnt know whether to sigh or laugh. She was right, but did she have to say that?

As they reached a street corner, Tommy stopped them, feeling something was about to happen. Lee zoomed right by them, and if Tommy hadnt stopped the two he would have crashed into the wagon. Maze laughed really hard.

"F- follow!! Follow Lee!!" She wheezed through her laughing. Tommy grabbed Mazes hand and dragged her across the street as she pulled herself together. By the time they crossed she had calmed down. Tommy let go and they began running, chasing after Lee. He was already far ahead, but Tommy was fast, and Maze was never too far behind him.

After a few minutes, they finally arrived. Lee had gotten there first and set his bike in the sand. He was over by the wet sand, making a pile and obviously failing at making a sand castle. It wasnt like Tommy could help him, he wasnt any better. Maze ran to the end of a dock and jumped off, yelling as she got back up. Lee looked up.

"Whats wrong?" He nearly got up to help her.

"Nothing, the waters just a lot more shallow than I expected!!" Maze yelled back, standing up and leaning on the dock.

"Thats Lake George for ya babey!" Lee sat back down, happy there was nothing wrong. Tommy was in the water, swimming across the bottom looking for fish and cool rocks. Lee went to his bike and grabbed his life jacket, then ran into the water with Tommy and Maze. Maze nearly snorted at Lee, him being fifteen and still not knowing how to swim, but she never judged. Just laughed. Lee laughed at himself too, even though he hardly ever had the time to actually begin learning to swim. He was busy doing nothing.

Maze jumped a bit as Lee unexpectedly grabbed her shirt and was floating lazily behind her. After the initial shock, she didn't care.

im never going to finish this
