NOVEMBER DASHED AWAY AFTER seeing the two of them, still making sure she was being quiet. and after she was in the safety of her bedroom she pulled out her phone, completely unaware of the conversation happening in the room next door to her.
"right okay, definitely into gals." flic said with a smile on her face as she gently tapped connor's cheek.
"ouch, i'm hurt." connor said and put his hand on his heart, "but i'm glad i helped you realise it, good job ember wasn't here to like walk in on us or anything."
flic laughed, "yeah, and look at you using nicknames when you don't even know her."
"what?" he said, completely dumbfounded.
"you called her ember, that's a nickname."
"what other nicknames does she have then?"
"well, most people call her nova or ember, the latter being more popular. her friends call her those as well as vem, lauren and only lauren calls her vembi, and i call her ems."
"so what's her name then?"
"november, duh." flic said as connor's mouth formed an o-shape.
meanwhile, back in the bedroom next door, ember opened her phone up and typed in a number before sending a message.
