In both of these games it shows that it's not all sunshine and rainbows for Frank. He messes up and gets forgotten and only remember by a couple of people afterwards. It shows that he is now used to zombies and not as afraid of them because of his knowledge from Willamette. He makes jokes and oneliners to brighten up the mood but, doesn't overuse it( aka dead rising 4). He still cares about helping others and relaying the truth to them. He is disgusted with phenotrans operation of zombrex and wants to expose them for it. Gives advise to others about how to cope with their situation. He may not be the nicest guy in the world, but he does do a lot for others.
