Best Friends / Luke Hemmings

♡ Chapter One ♡

-Alina's P.O.V-

Today is the day I get to see my bestfriend again...

What am I talking about? He does't even remember me.

Me and one of my friends, Ally, were going to a 5SOS concert. I was actually really stressed and nervous... What if he did remember me? l really don't want to make a fool out of myself. I'll just let him talk to me and if he remembers we'll catch up and whatever and if he doesn't then he doesn't.

Enough about me being nervous, I need to start getting ready! It's 6:07 p.m and the concert starts at 8:00 p.m

I quickly got up and took a shower. I turned on the shower, stripped, and went inside the warm water.

Then I got out and went to my closet. God I should have picked something before... I ended up picking a white crop top with shorts, and also some black flip flops I braided my hair to the both sides and perfume. I grabbed my side purse, some money, and my phone and walked to Ally's to go to concert.

Ally's mom drove us. The closer we were getting the more nervous I got. God what is happening to me? I feel like a complete mess right now. I was shaking and my heart was beating so fast.

After the concert, we went to meet them backstage. Yes, we had backstage passes. That's why I was so nervous, I was going to be face to face with him. With Luke.

As we got closer to them the faster my heart beat, and the palm of my hands started to sweat. What is wrong with me!? Seriously, Amanda, just stay calm, everything will go alright...

Right, Amanda?

"No!"

"Shut the fuck up, brain!" I whispered to myself.

Ally looked at me as if I was crazy. I would too honestly.

"Are you okay?" Ally asked me.

"Of course I am." I smiled.

"Oh God they're a few feet infront of us I'm so excited!" She told me.

"I am too." I gave her another smile.

If only I didn't have to worry about what'll happen...

Every other girl was yelling in excitement, while I in the other hand, was as nervous as ever. Every girl was wishing they'd notice them and call them by their name, while I, was praying they didn't.

"Only one more group of girls and it's our turn!" Ally screamed in excitement.

I gave her a nod and smile telling her that I was excited too. Honestly, I am excited, but I just don't want Luke to remember me. You may keep asking why I don't want him to remember me, well the reason is because when me and Luke were friends, we used to like eachother, we dated, but then he got a record deal with his band and completely forgot about me. We never talked, texted, nothing at all. We left off at a very awkward time. Everything was awkward between us, and if he reconised me, it'll be even more awkward!

Now we were meeting them. Oh God, my heart feels like it's about to pound out of my chest, and my palms are sweaty. I was snapped out of my thoughs by a very familiar voice... Luke...

"Hello, love." Luke said.

"H-hi..." I said. I was so nervous and I think he figured that out because of what he had said next.

"Are you okay? You seem a little nervous."

He asked.

I couldn't look him in the eyes.

"Y-yeah I'm perfectly fine." I told him.

Then he lifted my chin up and looked at me in the eyes.

"Amanda?" He asked in complete shock.
