chapter 8

You wake up and look at the time as usual. It was 9:30. You sigh and remember that school was called off. You shiver as you remember the reason why. Who would kill him? And why? You push it aside not wanting to think about it and went downstairs. You walk downstairs and go to the kitchen to grab some food. You decide on something healthy and grab an apple instead of your daily toast. As your eating, you realize your mother isn't home. Must be working. You didn't think much of it and continued eating thinking about what you could do today. You thought for a while and thought about hanging out with the guys. They might be busy. What if they don't wanna hangout? You decided not to text them and go out into the city. You get dressed in some ripped jeans and a black crop-top. The crop-top wasn't loose and because you don't want your boobies hanging out. You grab your bag and money, lock the house and leave. You walk for a bit then decided to go to the store. As you walk in the store you felt somebody looking at you. You shivered and started to shop.

You buy some food and drinks then started to pay. You bought extra food because you wanted to make dinner for you and your mom when she gets home because she's been working so hard. You start to walk home and soon enough you arrived at your front door. You unlock the door, take off your shoes, and go upstairs to get dressed. After getting dressed in some shorts and a t-shirt, you go do downstairs and head straight towards the kitchen. You start cooking so it'll be ready in time for her to get home. As your cooking you notice how quiet it is and you got kinda lonely. It was already quite late and the food was almost done. You call your mother and see when she's coming home. After a few seconds of the phone ringing, it went to voice mail. You were confused but decided to leave a message." Hey mom, I made dinner. I'm going to invite the guys over for dinner so the food won't go to waste. I hope you come home soon. Be safe, I love you, goodbye."

After that, you call the guys and invite them over for dinner. They said they could all come and they will be over soon. You continued to cook and decided to sing while cooking. You haven't sung in a very long time so it would be nice to start again. You were so lost in singing that you didn't notice the front door open.
The boys walk in and heard singing. They walked towards the noise and saw you singing. You sounded like an angel. Every note was perfect and everything was on key. You were like a goddess moving gracefully across the kitchen. Your body swaying and your hips moving while you work. They stared in awe while they watched you work. After you were finished cooking you stop singing, and let me tell you, you were exhausted. You haven't sung in forever so it was a lot. You turn around and saw all the guys just looking at you smiling while sitting at the table. Your face goes deep red. "W-When did you get here!" How could I not notice them here?! How much did they hear? What if they thought it was bad! You couldn't stop thinking about all the bad things they could say. " It was great! How did you learn to sing like that!" Akio said smiling like a toddler. All the guys' nodded and also wondered. You never really reveled anything about your past. Should I tell them? I can trust them enough. Right? "Oh um, thank you. I learned when I was little. It was my favorite thing to do when I was with my father. He loved it when I sang and we would sing together. But I'm not that good anymore! I haven't sung in a while. This was my first time in years." You didn't know how much to tell them and you didn't want to say much about your dad. He was a terrible man. He left you and never care.

You guys sat in the living room and started to talk and had a really good time. You then heard the oven beep. You run to the kitchen and take out the meat from the oven. You begin to set the table and bring all the food out. After you set the table you called for the guys. "Dinners ready!" They all came running to the table. They looked at the food and started to drool. It looked amazing! Everybody started to dig in. "Wow, this is good! When did you learn to cook like this? You great at everything!" Everybody nodded in agreement. You felt proud and happy that they liked it. But the question on how you learned to cook made you uneasy. You didn't want to tell them the real reason how you learned. "It was just a thing I did when I was bored. I enjoy it a lot." You said smiling. You guys talked and ate for a while. It started getting dark and you noticed your mom still isn't home. "Hey guys we don't have school tomorrow and my mom isn't home yet. Can you stay the night?" You were nervous to ask. What if they didn't want to? What if they think you're weird? "Ya of course. We would love too." Tastuko said smiling. You were so happy. You never really had sleepovers. Nobody ever wanted to come over. For the rest of the night you guys had fun. You all watched a movie and sat on the couch. You snuggled in a blanket and provided everybody else blankets as well. You sat next to Reji and Mei cuddled up with you two. It was the perfect night. You ended up falling asleep cuddling Reji unconsciously and Mei too. He looked down at you and blushed because you were cuddling his torso with your head on his lap and stomach. Soon everybody else started to fall asleep and Reji fell asleep with you and Mei.

(Dream Land)

'Daddy! Daddy! Your home!' A man walked through the door with a smile on his face. You could see a little girl with (h/c) hair and bright (e/c) eyes greeting her father at the door. 'Hey (y/n)! How was your day pumpkin?' The little girl was so happy to see her father after his long day of work. They talked and laughed. A woman walked in from the kitchen. Her (h/c) hair swaying back and forth greeting her husband back with a warm smile. They looked like the perfect family. Like nothing could ever happen. Right? It went dark and you couldn't see a thing. Then all of a sudden the light came on. You saw the same terrible man walk through the door. He was stumbling everywhere and yelling. He was definitely intoxicated and seemed angry. The sweet little girl looked at her father with a worried expression plastered on her face. "F-Father, are you okay?" Then the mother walked in and saw her husband at such a terrible state. She tried to talk to him but he just yelled. The girl sat there worried not only for her father but for her and her mother too. The little girl yelled at her father and he looked at her. He approached her and grabbed her by the collar. He broke the bottle he was holding and raised it to her stomach. He started to slowly cut her stomach and went deep enough to scar really bad. She cried out in pain and dropped to the floor. He walked away and started to yell at her mother again. She ran up into her room and locked the door. 'The usual. When will he stop and be okay?' She started to cry in pain. She decided to sing to calm her. As she sang she heard a crash from downstairs and squinted her eyes shut and kept singing. Soon she heard banging on her door. 'Stop singing your mistake! It sounds horrible! Your just a disappointment! Now open this door right now!' She stopped singing and started crying. She cried and moved away from the door. The door bursts open and the enraged father walks in. She looked terrified and fell to the ground. She started scootching away as the father approached her moving closer. She hit a wall and her heart dropped. The father smirked and all the color from her face drained. He bent down to her level and whispered something in her ear. 'You're just a little slut~' He moved his hands then-

You woke up sweating. You look around and noticed you were on the couch and still with the guys. You also noticed how close you were to Reji. You blush and see the position you're in. You calm down and touch your stomach felling the scar. Why have those dreams? Why now? You sighed and laid back down on Reji's stomach. You tried to fall back asleep but couldn't. You thought about your dad and your past. You started to cry silently trying not to wake up the guys. But unfortunately, Reji woke up and saw you crying. He instantly got worried and tried to comfort you. "What happened? Are you okay!" He was so worried you couldn't believe it. The only person who actually cared was your mother but now you're surrounded by six people who care for you. More than you realize. You just cry even more and buried your face deeper into in stomach. He tried to comfort you and started to pet your head. You ended up falling asleep again feeling better. He just looked at your sleeping figure and smiled. He felt your small breaths and fell asleep in comfort and happiness.

I decided to give you a little background on your past. I'll continue to give out hints and reveal it little by little. I'll probably make a chapter about the whole backstory and some other stuff.
